We have previously hosted, engagements, bachelorettes, real estate events, birthdays, anniversaries etc ! We can customize your event as needed, including catering, having a performer, decorating the space to your liking, and almost anything else you need to make it your own space. At M Winehouse, we have over 50 wines and beers from all across the world and offer packages based on your party size and time. We look forward to hosting your next event! AT M WINEHOUSE, your satisfaction is our priority. We'd like to provide some insights into our venue rental process. Upon signing up with Peerspace, you've secured a rental slot for your chosen time frame. However, please note that this fee solely covers the venue rental and does not include additional services. Should you wish to enhance your event with offerings such as wines, sangrias, non-alcoholic beverages, or catered food, feel free to reach out to us at winebarsd@gmail.com." In essence, alongside your rental fee, additional costs for add-ons range from $400 to $5000, contingent on the wine selections. We can source wines from around the globe, meeting any preference or palate. No smoking permitted within the premises. External beverages or liquor are not permitted. Pets are welcomed. The fee covers the rental of the space, which will be exclusively reserved for your event. Please be considerate of the environment. We promote a positive atmosphere, so only good vibes are allowed. The Lane offers 12,000 sq feet of versatile interior & exterior event space with a layout that was intentionally designed to create an effortless flow between the two interconnected gathering areas and an outdoor waterfront terrace. The elevated terrace overlooks the Bay and Lane Field Park; perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours and much more. The Lane also displays a furnished suite, stylish restrooms, a large prep-kitchen and a surrounding sound system. Every rental includes the full venue for 12 hours of access.
