Beautiful and newly renovated space just a block off Beverly Hills with a beautiful and green outdoor patio that comfortably seats 10 (if you bring your own tables or we bring inside tables outside we could fit 30 people outside in a row!). The space is a café with comfortable brown leather seats, tiled flooring and typical office lights above (which can give off harsh lighting). However! We are happy to help you transform this space into anything you dream of - just ask us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible. Like bringing softer lighting for a dinner. The Kim Sing Theatre, formerly the vaudeville house and movie theater, was built in 1926. The Kim Sing Theatre was artfully reimagined in the early 2000's for private use and re-opened to the public in 2017 for the first time in 17 years. Retaining original details such as bow truss ceilings and the customizable neon marquee sign, the site has been modernized into a striking and flexible space with a full residential kitchen, serving station, and AV room. The center of the old theater has been turned into a 2,200 square foot private outdoor courtyard. Kim Sing Theatre is a unique event space. Since it's rebirth, the space has been celebrated for being one of LA's most interesting venues and is respected for its achievement in architecture and design.
