Catelli's is a family-owned Italian restaurant and event venue located in the heart of Geyserville, California, in the Alexander Valley wine country. Founded by Italian immigrants Santi and Virginia Catelli in 1936 and reopened by the fourth generation of the family in 2010, the restaurant carries nearly ninety years of culinary tradition into its event programming. Nakoma Resort is a mountain destination set within the 1.14-million-acre Plumas National Forest, approximately 45 minutes north of Truckee-Tahoe in Clio, California. The resort's centerpiece is a 24,000-square-foot Frank Lloyd Wright Lodge, designed by Wright in 1923, certified as an authentic structure by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, and opened at Nakoma in 2001. Because Amy Schonheit (24, who works in the arts) and David Schonheit (24, who works in engineering) both have a passion for the outdoors, they chose to have their wedding ceremony at San Moritz Lodge in Crestline, California, which was surrounded by woodlands. As much as Amy and David adored the color teal, they decided to combine it with other hues to create a palette that blended in with nature—from the bridesmaid dresses, which came in a variety of styles and lengths, to the greenery that accented the sides of the wooden ceremony archway—to create a palette that blended in with nature. Amy desired a wedding gown that was simple yet elegant, and she found the perfect strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline that she accessorized with a silver belt. Amy and her husband were married in a simple yet elegant ceremony. Small wooden birdhouse-shaped props painted with numbers were placed at each dining table in the rustic building of the San Moritz Lodge to help guests find their seats when they arrived. Floral centerpieces, wheat, and small votive candles were arranged on top of burlap and lace that was draped across the middle of the tables to create a soft, romantic atmosphere. Featuring green leaves carefully placed on the surface of each layer and a tree-shaped topper, the two-tier white wedding cake perched on top of a tree trunk embodied the natural vibe of the day. More Mother Nature-inspired details can be found in the gallery below. At San Moritz Lodge in Crestline, California, the reception was held in the rustic space of the lodge's rustic space. It was designed to look like a log cabin, complete with wooden ceilings, stone walls, and brown carpeted floors, among other things.

It's like receiving an unexpected surprise when you visit the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. This stunning event property, only minutes from downtown Los Angeles and right over the Los Angeles River, will fit many a bride's fantasy wedding destination. The Center is a well-kept secret, concealed behind ivy-covered walls. The entry is marked by a broad, circular brick driveway with a spreading ficus tree in the center, and the first look of the fountains, flowers, and serenity within is through the arched, wrought-iron gate. The courtyard at the entrance is a lovely way to begin your visit to the Center, but the carved wooden doors in the back soon draw you into the Main Courtyard, which is the perfect setting for a special occasion. The arcaded terraces of the Center's buildings surround the multi-level plaza on three sides. The breeze rustles the pepper trees, as roses, agapanthus, and daylilies soak up the sun in the beds. A three-tiered fountain sits in the midst of a tiled reflecting pool, surrounded on all four sides by terra cotta pots filled with flowers. An arched gateway in a stucco wall leads from the Main courtyard to the San Fernando Courtyard, another spacious patio with an adjoining lawn. This patio is dappled in shade and has a calm dignity thanks to a great old ficus tree. The lawn, which is surrounded by tree-lined walls, is frequently utilized for ceremonies, while the patio can be used for meals or dancing. The San Fernando Courtyard is its own private little universe, bordered on one side by the California Building and on the other three by high walls. The California Building is used for indoor events and major meetings. A Mexican-tile floor, arched windows, and a large, peaked roof flood the main event space with natural light. Tables and chairs are arranged beneath the skylight, with additional sitting accessible on the second-story walkway that circles the area. Smaller meetings and conferences can be held in the Los Feliz Room.
