Located on Pier 41 in the historic shipping yards of Red Hook, Brooklyn, this restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The building, which was built prior to the Civil War in the 1850s, has recently been transformed into a charming event space. The location, which is directly on the water's edge, provides spectacular views of New York Harbor. The Liberty Warehouse is the only location in the entire city of New York where the Statue of Liberty is displayed face forward, as she gazes toward France. It is a truly unique location that must be experienced in person to be fully appreciated. It can accommodate up to 400 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 1200 people for cocktails. Two large event rooms with large windows that face due west provide spectacular sunset views are available for rental. Two smaller rooms that are ideal for indoor ceremonies, small gatherings, and cocktail parties. Special performances are staged in this area. All of the event rooms have working wood-burning fireplaces. There are 15,000 square feet of space at the Liberty Warehouse, which includes a wonderful waterside promenade that provides glamorous panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Verrazano bridge. Our bridal suite is fully equipped for the bride and her bridal party to get ready for the big day as well as take beautiful photographs! There is covered valet parking available. Beautifully prepared food, elegant surroundings, and exceptional service. Chef James Kent's first solo project – two restaurant concepts in the landmark building 70 Pine Street –spans five stories including the Art Deco building’s 66th floor, a former observation deck. The two private salons on the 62nd floor can be reserved privately or combined. SAGA (2 Michelin Star restaurant) features two floors dedicated to private dining, each with windows that frame views of the city skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. The rooms range in size, accommodating business dinners and board meetings, wedding receptions, film productions, and media events. In addition to the dedicated private dining rooms, both SAGA and Overstory– SAGA's cocktail bar with a wraparound terrace–are available for partial evening and full buyouts. The terraces has full bar service in the summer for elegant parties in the daylight and heated seating across the terraces for chilly summer evenings. The most coveted PDR of the NYC is the jewel box almost entirely made of glass overhanging on the 64th floor - off the SAGA kitchen where Kent and his team are seen presenting the dishes. Finally, on the top floor of the building, The Observatory seats 20 and have 6 juliet balconies. Never has there been better food with better views in recent history of private events dining.

Hall des Lumières totals 30,000 square feet over two levels featuring 40-foot-high ceilings and custom 100+-year-old lay lights.
