Pioneer Park Pavilion has anchored downtown Puyallup since it was dedicated in 2004, quickly becoming the city's premier rental facility. The building's centerpiece is a spacious 8,600-square-foot multi-purpose room, built to flex from farmers market mornings to full-scale receptions by evening. Every Saturday from mid-April through mid-October, the Pavilion fills up with vendors and shoppers as home to the Puyallup Farmers Market, one of the largest markets of its kind in the state. The rest of the calendar, the room hosts weddings, receptions, banquets, reunions, proms, and company parties for up to 350 seated guests, or as many as 558 for assembly-style gatherings. A kitchen stands ready for renters or their chosen caterer, and a staff member stays on site throughout every rental, keeping the day moving.

Pioneer Park Pavilion sits inside Pioneer Park in downtown Puyallup, a community park anchored by a statue of pioneer settler Ezra Meeker and a Veterans Memorial, and known for its playground, chess tables, Rotary stage, and Kiwanis Kids Spray Park; the park also hosts the seasonal Puyallup Farmers Market and community concerts. The pavilion itself opened in the spring of 2004 and offers an 8,600-square-foot multi-purpose room, accommodating up to 350 guests for banquet-style seated events or up to 558 for standing, assembly-style gatherings, so it suits everything from weddings and receptions to reunions, trade shows, and corporate meetings. Rental of the pavilion includes stacking chairs, 60-inch round tables, a portable stage, and audio/visual equipment, and a full kitchen is available for use or for a hired caterer; the facility is ADA compliant, and staff remain on site throughout each event. Alcohol is permitted with a Washington State banquet permit, though the pavilion is a non-smoking facility. Reservations are accepted up to 18 months in advance, and full-day Saturday bookings are limited to mid-October through mid-April.
Allyn Waterfront Park
18560 WA-3, Allyn, WA 98524, USA- Spaces for 500 Guests
Allyn Waterfront Park is a public waterfront park in Allyn, Washington, operated by the Port of Allyn, a port district that has served the North Mason community since 1921. The park offers scenic waterfront views alongside a dock and launch ramps, a playground, and restrooms, with restaurants, shops, and other conveniences within easy reach of the grounds. At the heart of the park sits its rentable gazebo, a circular pavilion measuring 204 feet around with a dance floor at its center and a ceiling that rises to 17 feet. The structure comes furnished with 11 five-foot round tables, each with four benches, and rentals include power, access to four restrooms, and dumpster keys. With no guest limit and no restrictions on outside catering or entertainment, the gazebo suits weddings, reunions, celebrations of life, and community gatherings; optional add-ons include 100 white wedding chairs, rectangular tables, and weatherproofing wind panels. A 36-by-36-foot meeting room is also available for private parties.
Port of Allyn
18560 WA-3, Allyn, WA 98524, USA- Spaces for 500 Guests
Port of Allyn has anchored this stretch of Hood Canal since 1921, when residents voted to build a dock and give their small North Mason community a proper waterfront gathering place. The port district that grew from that vote now covers most of North Mason, including Allyn and Belfair, with the town of Victor joining in 1973. At the center of it all is Allyn Waterfront Park, a recreational green space that's open to the public, with views of the water free to take in any day of the week. For weddings and private events, the park's gazebo is the centerpiece: 204 feet around with a dance floor built into the middle, a 17-foot ceiling at its peak, and eleven round tables with benches inside. There's no cap on guest count, and hosts are free to choose their own caterer and entertainment. A downstairs room with a sink, counter, and refrigerator gives the wedding party a place to get ready, and rental includes keys to the restrooms, power for the gazebo, and dumpster access, so there's nowhere offsite to haul the garbage. Nearby, North Shore Dock adds nightly and winter moorage with electrical hookups on Hood Canal, and Allyn Kayak Park offers a sandy beach and water access for guests who want to explore the shoreline before or after the celebration.
