The space, owned and operated by Artist Sedef Gali, is decorated with her large-scale paintings. The space is 1850 sq. ft, and is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen. Conveniently located in in the heart of Soho, the space is accessible by the 1, A, and C subway lines.

Here’s a breakdown of its features: The space features a long, dimly-lit open space with exposed brick walls that suggest a more laid-back, lounge or cocktail setting. There is a bar or serving area with a sleek design that adds an intimate lounge like atmosphere with a sophisticated marble countertop and glass shelving behind it with the necessary fridge equipment for food and drinks. The back of the space features a a combination of exposed brick and greenery, offering a rustic yet contemporary feel. Hanging pendant lights with woven, natural materials enhance the organic vibe. Furniture includes simple wooden tables and cushioned seating, making it suitable for both informal gatherings and formal setups. There are a total of 6 bathrooms in the space and the basement has a walk in fridge, coat check and food prep area. Located on the ground floor, the space offers three large windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and columns throughout. We host events with our current exhibition of contemporary art on the walls, as well as offer the space as a white box.

Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). Ready to move in? The entire townhouse is available for private events, comfortably hosting up to 150 guests.

We designed The Farm Event Venue from the ground up, sourcing rich oak barn wood, and fixtures from the farmlands of the Midwest. Detailed authentic Americana pieces compliment a highly modular design, defining a truly unique experience for you and your guests. The Banksy Museum in New York City is the home to the world's largest collection of Banksy’s life-sized murals and artwork. Located at 277 Canal Street (at Broadway), NYC Displaying over 160 works by the world's most famous-yet-anonymous street artist, The Banksy Museum recreates the revolutionary and often ephemeral art that Banksy has painted on surfaces in London, Bristol, Paris, Venice, Bethlehem, New York, Los Angeles, and beyond. Visitors to the museum will immerse themselves in an environmental experience, giving viewers access to Banksy creations, much of which has long since been whitewashed or dismantled. Beyond the iconic street art, the exhibition also features some of the artist's studio work, as well as animated visual and video elements.
