We gladly foster the Francesca's idea of delicious, simple cooking delivered in a casually sophisticated dining ambiance to our parties. Our semi-private and private dining rooms are perfect for work or social gatherings. Francesca's Restaurant Group, founded in 1992 by restaurateur Scott Harris, has developed from a small, inviting Italian restaurant on Chicago's North Clark Street to a restaurant group with six concepts in 23 locations across two states. Francesca's Restaurants is a neighborhood Trattoria that serves traditional Italian fare in a refined setting. The multi-unit restaurant business retains its dedication to the original restaurant's founding idea of Italian hospitality—where simple food made with quality ingredients and careful service makes a meal—across all formats. Chef Scott Harris never anticipated that his ambition of starting a trattoria-style Italian restaurant on North Clark Street in 1992 would blossom into a successful collection of 23 restaurants across eight themes and two states. Scott Harris Hospitality's 12 Francesca's Restaurants, 4 Fat Rosie's Taco and Tequila Bars, 2 Davanti Enoteca locations, as well as individual locations Disotto, Joe's Imports, Vasili's, Fiore, and Zade's Lounge, are now led by the Chicago native. Harris' philosophy is built on the foundations of true hospitality, where simple cooking, great ingredients, and careful service–always with a dash of fun–combine to create a dinner unforgettable. Chef Jaysen Euler has worked in professional kitchens since he was 14 years old, when he began as a dishwasher at a neighborhood bar and restaurant in Ohio. Euler has worked his way up to Culinary Director at Francesca's Restaurant Group, touching every facet of what a professional kitchen has to offer — dish pit, prep, sauté, veg, and beyond (FRG).

To succeed in a competitive and demanding environment, you must put in a lot of effort. In 2007, Chicago had a few unusual loft and warehouse event spaces. There are now more than fifty. In 2007, REC pioneered a new method by offering on-site catering and event planning services in a fully refurbished print warehouse and production facility. Our method has now become the standard for independent event services in Chicago. We never stop improving and getting better, which is what makes REC relevant and in demand. While traditional elements of service and design never go out of style, REC uses current and global ideas to create menus and one-of-a-kind event experiences. BILLBOARD FACTORY LOFT & ATRIUM The Atrium, arguably Chicago's most spectacular wedding ceremony and cocktail event location, was once a workshop for giant advertising billboards in the early twentieth century. The Atrium, perched atop the Ravenswood Event Centers' Loft & Showroom spaces, looks down onto Ravenswood, Chicago's classic neighborhood. The Atrium becomes much more than a location to get married and dance with views of the Hancock, El, and Metra lines, it becomes a reflection of why so many people call Chicago home. The Event Center's Loft level is a traditional Chicago industrial loft. The Loft, with its rough-hewn wood flooring, timber beams, and centuries-old brick, can accommodate big parties for dining and celebrations. Our two decks extend our events into the sun and moonshine when the weather is favorable. Wedding ceremonies, corporate receptions, and a dancing lounge are the most common uses for this space. The Atrium can accommodate 180 people for ceremonies, 100 people for a seated supper, and 150 people or more for cocktail parties. The Loft embodies everything that is great about Chicago. Farm-to-table wedding meals, Sunday brunch gatherings, and lively cocktail events benefit from the combination of vintage pine and oak, brick, concrete, and glass. The Loft can seat 180 people in a formal setting and up to 250 in a cocktail setting. BILLBOARD SHOWROOM The Showroom has accommodated rock concerts, hi-tech product launches, great mitzvah celebrations, major fundraising events, and the most wonderful wedding festivities because to its expansive area and high ceilings. The Ravenswood Event Center has accommodated crowds ranging from 150 to 1,000 people. When clients walk into the Showroom for the first time, they frequently exclaim, "Wow!" Industrial printing and binding apparatus the size of tanks formerly occupied our greatest space. It now houses the Hayes neon sign collection as well as one of the world's most rare collections of vintage European and American sports automobiles. The Showroom, with its lofted skylights and ample square footage, lends itself to a wide range of event ideas. Many of the Midwest's most unusual and private conferences, presentations, and holiday celebrations have been held at the Showroom thanks to our corporate and tech clientele.

Mrs. Murphy's is a multidimensional establishment that provides pub service, private gatherings, and an imported Irish goods shop. The pub has been offering scratch-made Irish pub favorites, supplemented by a smart choice of craft beers, a welcoming wine list, and a deep range of over 50 Irish whiskeys, since it first opened its doors in September 2005 in Chicago's North Center neighborhood. Mrs. Murphy's provides the warm family welcome that makes a wonderful Irish bar, in addition to superb food, music, and drink. Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro first opened its doors on September 2nd, 2005, with a long history of hospitality and community service. Jim Murphy, the late owner of the famed Wrigleyville pub Murphy's Bleachers, dreamed of bringing contemporary Irish cuisine to his homeland. Jim and his wife, Beth, bought a 1920s-era funeral house at 3905 Lincoln Avenue in 2002 with the intention of turning it into a restaurant serving Irish food that was more sophisticated than pub grub. Jim had gathered various antiques over the years, including stained glass windows from the famed German restaurant Zum Deutschen Eck, nautical bric-a-brac, Guinness collectibles, and vintage images of Chicago, to decorate the restaurant. Wood pillars, stained glass, and skylights, all original to the 1920s building, were also included into the design. James is the general manager and resident Cicerone whose enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of beers is shown in the carefully prepared beer list. He is aided by his younger brother, Brian. Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro employs an international staff of talented and kind individuals who contribute to the restaurant's luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Slainte!

    Lonesome Rose

2101 N California Ave, Oak Park, IL 60647, USA

Lonesome Rose, a 'borderlands' idea concentrating on the rich cultural history of the regional states of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States, is the perfect private dining spot. Lonesome Rose is an accessible, imaginative take on the best of these border regions, opening early and staying open (very) late. With an open and airy area, wood elements, and a lot of plants for design, the vibe is reminiscent of southern California. While a border may separate two countries, their histories have long been linked, informing and influencing one another across generations. This is most visible in the drinking and eating habits of the regions, where products, recipes, and skills have been passed down down the generations, improving with each passing. We celebrate and explore this intriguing history with Lonesome Rose's carefully thought out dishes and beverages that focus on the flavors shared by these two places. Every day, we welcome you to join us for breakfast, lunch, supper, and drinks. Whether you’re walking in with a small group or joining us for a private dining experience, you’re bound to fall in love with Lonesome Rose. “A little taste of Austin in Chicago! $3 tacos with fresh tasty ingredients, including beloved breakfast tacos, yes please! Perfect salsa trio, a fresh guac and a fun choco taco dessert too. Top notch mixologist drinks as well. Clean cut open decor with plants and simple wood. I mean even the napkins are super cute. We hear there’s a summer roof deck in the works and can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town.” -Agnes S.

In the approximately 2,500 square feet of event area, hand carved mahogany and exposed brick create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls and light fixtures are adorned with upcycled bourbon barrel scraps. Huge windows flood the space with light and provide a view of Logan Square's lively neighborhood. There's plenty of room for entertainment or presentations with built-in A/V and a stage. The Tap Room, located at 3340 N. Kedzie Ave in the Avondale area, first opened its doors in 2012. Natural light floods in through windows lining the top of the space, which have high 30 foot ceilings. Our brewery's inner workings, including our state-of-the-art canning line, are visible through a floor-to-ceiling glass wall. A stunning backdrop for your next big event is a rack of barrels loaded with beer. The growth of the American beer scene has been nothing short of spectacular. We are pleased with what we have accomplished in such a short period of time to become an industry leader and pioneer. Beer lovers' shifting preferences have demanded larger flavors, more diversity, and better beer. At Revolution Brewing, we deliver just that. Every year, we produce hundreds of different beer styles across our brewery and brewpub. The list goes on and on: IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers, and so on. It's been a labor of passion for us to open our brewery. Everything we do reflects this, from the intricate features of our mahogany bar in the restaurant to the immense magnificence of our eight 800 barrel fermenters at the brewery to our commitment to quality in each beer we put in a can or keg. Revolution is a firm believer in the importance of hard work. We work hard to make amazing, easy-to-find brews for regular folks. We enjoy what we do, and we hope you enjoy our beers as well.
