Nellie's Band Room The Band Room, or main performance room, is our largest event venue, with a stage area and a large bar on the first floor. For an additional $250 and $100, respectively, you can use our cutting-edge sound system and/or lighting features. We can host and cater for nearly any type of event in this area, not just live music. - Dinners for up to 30 people, seated and plated - Up to 200 people can be served at a buffet. - Up to 400 guests, cash bar with limited food from the normal menu - We can accommodate 400+ guests if this space is combined with the Mezzanine upstairs. The Mezzanine The Mezzanine on the second floor gives a beautiful view of the show as well as a separate bar with access to the rooftop. This space is suitable for smaller gatherings, however there are restrictions on bookings for concerts and other events. Smaller groups of 10 to bigger groups of 125 seats or 200 standing can be accommodated on the Mezzanine. Lower Level Beer Garden On the first level, near the main entrance, there is an outdoor space. Up to 100 individuals can be accommodated. Weather permitting, available seasonally. Rooftop Patio Plan an outdoor event and dine al fresco on the northwest suburbs' only rooftop. Following a $20 million transformation, Chicago Marriott Northwest brings a fully renovated hotel experience to Hoffman Estates, with flexible event spaces suited to celebrations of all scales. The property's renovated lobby features a soaring atrium, and the events facilities — anchored by the 7,480-square-foot Prairie Stone Ballroom — accommodate up to 450 guests for weddings, galas, and private gatherings. The Rolling Meadows Park District has everything you'll need for an unforgettable event! We are confident that one of our rooms will fulfill your banquet, conference, meeting, shower, wedding, or party demands. All facility rentals include the use of tables and chairs, as well as equipment set-up and take-down and cleaning. A stunning New Orleans-style courtyard with a charming fountain and lush flora, as well as a commercial kitchen, dance floor, and bar, is included in this nicely updated hall. With verification of non-profit status, not-for-profit organizations may receive a $15 discount on the hourly cost. Arlington Lakes Golf Club is an 18-hole, 90-acre municipal golf course in Arlington Heights, Illinois, owned and managed by the Arlington Heights Park District. The course was renovated in 2016 and sits on land that once served as a Nike Missile Base, with water hazards coming into play on 13 of 18 holes. The clubhouse offers two dedicated event spaces suited for private celebrations and corporate gatherings. The Hearth Room accommodates up to 95 guests and features a dance floor and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the fairways — a setting that works well for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, and retirement events. The Festival Room seats up to 40 and is well suited for showers, luncheons, and smaller corporate meetings. Outside food is welcome, and the club provides a range of beverage packages, table linens, and optional add-ons including a projector and sound system. An elevator serves both floors of the clubhouse.

The magnificent Pavilion has hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, picket doors, wide windows with scenic park views, a covered wrap-around veranda, and outside ceremony grounds with ponds, fountains, and a wooden bridge. Weddings, quinceaneras, bridal and baby showers, birthday/anniversary parties, and so much more are all possible at this site. The Pavilion, a two-story structure built in 1898, is one of the city's most important historical landmarks. It's at 100 Oakwood Boulevard in Lords Park, a 108-acre photographic site in the magnificent historic Lords Park. Groups of up to 250 individuals can use the space; fees vary depending on size and rental terms. The scene of your wedding will be situated against a gorgeous lake with a plethora of trees and flowers. You can exchange vows beside the lake, and move inside for a reception inside the pavilion. The two levels of the historical building are perfect for a night of dancing! The stained glass windows are stunning and create a romantic setting in and of themselves. A wrap-around porch runs the length of the pavilion. Favareli Fashion Space in Wheeling, IL is a great place for your birthday parties, master classes, meetings with friends and other events. Located in a convenient place near the Wheeling downtown, train station and multiple restaurants, near major roads, with a spacious parking, it is easy to find and get in. We have a stage with a dressing room, sound equipment and party lights, TV with airplay, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. If you want to do some crafting, there are five sewing machines, an overlock machine, a heat press and more. Outside food or catering are allowed.
