Constructed in 1992 as the first building on Academy grounds built entirely with private donations, the 35,000-square-foot facility is named for General James "Jimmie" Doolittle and combines military heritage with a window-walled modern design that frames sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.\n\nThe hall houses a 5,500-square-foot assembly area alongside several additional gathering spaces, including an atrium, a library lounge with a built-in mahogany bar, and a boardroom.
