LOT 613 is a special event and film location comprised of two vintage warehouses and an adjoining courtyard encompassing 18,000 total square feet. LOT 613 holds a full liquor license, live entertainment, cabaret and dancehall permits as well as a full catering license. LOT 613 sits within a very unique hub of the Downtown LA Arts District, surrounded by well known landmark buildings such as the Biscuit Company and Toy Factory Lofts, restaurants like Bestia, Church & State and Urth Caffé, and local bars including Tony’s, Villains Tavern, Everson Royce and Little Bear. LOT 613 is the home of the PROTOTYPE series. This stunning Italian-inspired 1920s brick building sits in the middle of Los Angeles. The Carondelet House welcomed you into a world of style and intrigue, combining old textures with contemporary flair. This gorgeous event venue offers a world of possibilities. The venue, which was built in 1926, was previously the house of one of Los Angeles' most well-known architects. The building's creative pedigree can be seen in the unique design characteristics throughout the site, which was later bought by Otis College of Art and Design. In all of Los Angeles, there is absolutely nothing else like it. As you walk into the entrance rooms, hand stenciled fresco ceilings catch your eye.
