Amenities 3750 square feet: Hidden Timbers can accommodate up to 250 people, making us large enough to comfortably host your event while remaining intimate enough to feel at home. We've done very little decorating so you can personalize it. The Bride's Cabin is the ideal location for you to prepare for your big day. The 1877 Tall Ship ELISSA is a square-rigged iron barque, restored in 1982 and now a floating museum that still actively sails — one of only three ships of her kind in the world to do so. Berthed at the Galveston Historic Seaport, she is a National Historic Landmark and the Official Tall Ship of Texas, a symbol of the Gulf Coast's beginnings as a seaport that welcomes more than 40,000 visitors each year. For private events, the ship and museum site offer a romantic waterfront setting, with moonlight silhouetting the masts. Guests have access to ELISSA's decks, galleries, officers' quarters, and galley — used as a serving area or bar — along with the museum's pier, galleries, and restrooms. The site accommodates up to 500 guests across the ship and museum, or 300 for a seated dinner on the pier, making it well suited to weddings, receptions, and social gatherings. All functions are catered, as no kitchen facilities are on site.

The Venues at San Fernando sit in the heart of downtown San Antonio, part of the historic San Fernando Cathedral complex, and offer three distinct spaces for weddings, receptions, and private celebrations. The San Fernando Ballroom accommodates up to 500 guests for a seated dinner without a dance floor, or 400 with one, and features a 34.5-by-19-foot porcelain tile dance floor along with an adjoining courtyard that holds another 150 guests. The Rooftop Terrace and La Sala offer an open-air alternative, seating 80 to 90 guests or hosting cocktail-style receptions for about 120, while the adjacent Cathedral Centre Hall provides a smaller, Wi-Fi-equipped setting for up to 100 guests. Each rental includes use of tables and chairs, setup and teardown, post-event cleanup, and an on-site event manager for the duration of the celebration. Couples marrying in the Catholic Church may reserve the venues for wedding and anniversary receptions.

Mother-in-law Mama La was able to memorize more than 250 recipes before opening the first KIM SON Restaurant, thanks to her extensive knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, which she received from her in-laws. In a short period of time, her food amassed a large following of thousands of followers, as well as the admiration and loyalty of many of Vietnam's top restaurant cities. The first KIM SON store was located in Vinh Long, but it was eventually closed as a result of the communist takeover of the country in 1975. The museum is a public service institution, and it is held responsible to the public by government, self-imposed, and peer-imposed rules and regulations.
