The Somerset Chicago has beautiful hardwood floors, glamorous gold hardware and bold yet elegant jewel toned decor. The interiors are inspired by a new-fashioned take on American Country Club culture, making The Somerset Chicago an ideal location for any elegant event. An exterior patio offers al fresco dining in season. The entirety of Somerset Chicago fits 230 guests. The Clubhouse on the second level fits 90 seated guests, and is fully equipped with its own bar, lounging spots and balcony areas. Both the Regatta Room and Upper Deck offer smaller, more intimate spaces for meetings or dinner parties.

In September 2014 the 2 year restoration of Biggs Mansion was completed. With over $4 million dollars spent and absolutely no cost spared, real estate developer and current owner Fred Latsko converted the previously known IL Mulino restaurant into Chicago's finest cigcar show and private cigar lounge. Biggs Mansion also features an outdoor patio.
