    DeVos Place is a convention center situated along the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, offering large-scale exhibit, ballroom, and meeting space for conventions, tradeshows, corporate meetings, and special events. The facility includes 162,000 square feet of column-free exhibit hall space — divisible into three separate halls — a 40,000-square-foot ballroom, and 26 individual meeting rooms totaling 32,000 square feet. The campus also encompasses the DeVos Performance Hall, a 2,543-seat theater home to the Grand Rapids Symphony, Grand Rapids Ballet Company, Opera Grand Rapids, and Broadway Grand Rapids, which also serves as a setting for general sessions and keynote presentations. Twelve loading docks with a wash bay and marshalling area support efficient move-in and move-out for exhibitors and production crews. Exclusive food and beverage services are managed through the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. Three adjacent hotels — the Amway Grand Plaza, JW Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott — are linked to the venue by climate-controlled skywalk, placing more than 1,100 hotel rooms within walking distance. The venue is 15 minutes from Gerald R. Ford International Airport and accessible from all major interstates.
