Opened in 2010 and situated adjacent to the Nocatee Splash Water Park, the award-winning facility has hosted hundreds of weddings, receptions, and private events over the years. The main gathering space, the Nocatee Room, accommodates up to 180 seated guests and features a fireplace, vaulted wood-beam ceiling, and French doors that open onto a plantation-style balcony. The adjacent outdoor lawn, known as The Green, extends capacity to 200 guests and provides an open-air setting for ceremonies and receptions. A dedicated bridal suite — equipped with a floor-to-ceiling mirror, vanity, private balcony, and attached restroom — gives wedding parties a comfortable space to prepare.
