We welcome you and your guests with the renowned hospitality of the Mediterranean right in the heart of Midtown. ABOUT A transportative Mediterranean getaway in the midst of Soho, Pera Soho is a must-visit. Inspired by the renowned Istanbul neighborhood where cuisine, art, culture, nightlife and the cosmopolitan converge, Pera SoHo seduces with an environment that is simultaneously warm and vibrant. Take a journey through mouthwatering, re-imagined, shareable plates, or let our kitchen delight your taste buds with a tightly curated selection of composed mezes and main courses. As part of its culinary philosophy, Pera Soho seeks to go beyond the current day geographical limits of the Eastern Mediterranean in order to embrace the region's rich culinary and cultural diversity as a whole. While presenting original recipes in a modern setting, Pera Soho's food also highlights the use of Eastern Mediterranean ingredients and cooking methods to produce its own unique dishes, in addition to the presentation of authentic recipes. To achieve the flavors that our visitors will appreciate and keep coming back for, Pera Soho thinks that simple recipes using fresh, high-quality ingredients, combined with loving and consistent execution, are required. Additionally, Pera Soho has a unique configuration that includes indoor open dining and private dining areas, outside garden open dining and private outdoor dining areas, as well as a heated Winter Terrace to ensure that our guests can enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather is like. Pera Mediterranean Brasserie in Midtown Manhattan is the exquisite and ethereal older sister of Pera Soho, whereas Pera Soho is the adventurous, bubbly younger sister of Pera Mediterranean Brasserie. The neighborhoods of New York, where each has its own particular character and set of expectations, mix in with their surroundings. Aside from the dishes, beverages and wines that share the same philosophy, but are unique to each location, what really differentiates the locations is the clientele’s reasons for being there. It is typically business in Midtown, however in Soho, it is always a celebration, no matter how basic or sophisticated, and no matter how small or enormous the gathering may be. At Pera Soho, the hustle and bustle of the city gives way to the warmth, comfort, and conviviality that is the trademark of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Allow yourself to be spoiled by the delicious cuisine and joyful love for the outdoors that are the hallmarks of the Mediterranean experience.

Smith & Wollensky New York has operated at the corner of Third Avenue and 49th Street since 1977, earning its place as one of the city's defining steakhouse institutions. The New York Times called it "a steakhouse to end all arguments," and Esquire ranked it among the best steaks in America. The restaurant has hosted Warren Buffett's annual Glide Foundation benefit luncheon for over 16 years — a tradition that has raised more than $25 million for the foundation. The kitchen maintains strict standards in beef preparation: USDA Prime cuts are dry-aged and hand-butchered in-house in a dedicated aging facility held at 36 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately four weeks, with between 7 and 12 tons of beef aging at any given time. For private events, the second floor offers four skylit rooms — the American Room, Brandy Room, Club Room, and Derby Room — accommodating groups from 20 to 130 seated guests. The rooms operate independently for intimate gatherings or combine to take over the entire floor for larger events. 311 W 34th St., New York, NY 10001, USA

THREE REMARKABLE EVENT VENUES. ONE AMAZING LOCATION. Built in 1906 by Oscar Hammerstein, and meticulously and majestically restored over the years, The Hammerstein Ballroom is New York’s premier choice for event planners seeking the spectacular. With a 75-foot hand-painted ceiling, all events reach new heights within The Hammerstein Ballroom. Practical as it is beautiful, the ceiling features numerous rigging points for production lighting, sound or set design. At Manhattan Center, we don’t believe one premier event space is enough. So we offer three: The Hammerstein Ballroom, The Grand Ballroom and The Bank. Putting aside the richly restored period architecture, and natural acoustics that renowned performers have called the “best in the world”, the venues’ spacious dimensions allow for guest lists ranging from 400 to 3,500; while featuring extensive dressing rooms, private salons and opera boxes. All this comes with the most convenient location in New York: 34th Street and 8th Avenue. Within its nearly one-city-block configuration, the Manhattan Center offers something more than two premier New York event locations. Directly connected to The Hammerstein Ballroom and The Grand Ballroom is the historic New Yorker hotel. Built during the Jazz Age, this iconic hotel has dazzled visitors with its Art Deco décor, exceptional service and superb location in Midtown West for generations. Owned and operated by the Manhattan Center, The New Yorker, with more than 1,000 rooms restored in period style, is an elegant establishment that is perfect for guests attending corporate events, tradeshows, fashion shows, new-product launches, or whatever function you or your company choose to hold. Whatever it may be, you will be comfortable and confident in the knowledge that The Hammerstein Ballroom and The Grand Ballroom are widely considered the two best venues and event spaces in New York. The New Yorker, a Wyndham hotel, is also ready, and more than able, to host a wide array of meetings, conferences or corporate gatherings. From the most intimate retreat, to a grand gala, The New Yorker team provides a full range of all-inclusive customizable meeting packages to meet your every need — from budget to full-blown The New Yorker delivers excellence on every service level. Featuring The Grand for stunning large-scale receptions, and our Sky Lounge perched 39 stories above the streets of Manhattan for more personal events, The New Yorker hotel stands above the rest. Located a block from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and just minutes from Times Square, the Jacob Javits Center and the Empire State building, The New Yorker isn’t simply central to New York. It is New York.

The dedication to quality at Clinton Hall begins with the SupercraftTM beer program. Following closely behind is a lot of fun and NYC's best burger! Clinton Hall's rustic and modest 4,000 square foot beer hall is situated back somewhat from the street at the corners of Rector and Washington in the bustling downtown Financial District, just a few short streets from the site of the freshly restored World Trade Center. The interior and outdoor rooms are connected by a series of glass doors that lead into the courtyard. Guests may sit at the 20-seat Carrara marble bar, which is flanked by reclaimed brick and wood walls recovered from Upstate New York and Pennsylvania farms, or drink with friends at communal tables and benches, which are all softly lighted by handcrafted light fixtures and naked Edison bulbs. All suds are delivered at a properly calibrated 34 degrees, every time, thanks to an on-site flux capacitor that calibrates nitrogen and carbon dioxide and regulates compression of each particular beer to the Brew Masters requirements. To alter their sampling experience, guests can order pints, half-pints, or thirds-of-pints of this unique and diversified craft brew excursion. A complete bar is also available, with seasonal wines-by-the-glass options. A pleasant, engaging, and educated waitstaff serves a full lunch, brunch, and dinner menu to complement the ever-changing beverage choices. The gourmet take on classic beer hall fare includes a wide variety of bratwurst and sausages served on homemade pretzel buns with inventive homemade sides like rosemary-parmesan pommes frites, a trademark shortrib burger, and Wit Bier-steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels. • 1 Landmark

The Merchant's House Museum is New York City's only family home to survive intact — inside and out — from the 19th century. Built in 1832 in the late-Federal and Greek Revival style, the Manhattan rowhouse carries triple landmark designation at the federal, state, and city levels, including National Historic Landmark status since 1966. It was the first building designated under New York City's 1965 Landmarks Preservation Law and remains one of only six residential interior landmarks in the city. The Tredwell family occupied the residence from 1835 until 1933, and more than 3,000 of their original belongings remain in place. The museum is also recognized as Manhattan's only documented site of the Underground Railroad open to the public. For private events, the venue accommodates up to 30 guests for intimate wedding ceremonies, garden elopements, and engagement photography sessions. The 19th-century rear garden serves as the primary ceremony setting; the Greek Revival double parlor and 1850s kitchen provide indoor alternatives when weather requires.

We offer private event rooms available for rent for a variety of special occasions and budgets, including weddings. All locations are suitable for both small intimate gatherings and big occasions. Arte Cafe officially opened its doors 26 years ago, but it all began when Dina Malta traveled all the way from Italy to New York in the 1960s. Robert, her son, was a college student when he launched his first restaurant in the early 1990s, when he was still in college. With the assistance of his mother, he was able to properly administer the establishment. She was the one who came up with all of the original recipes that are still in use today. "She had such a commanding presence and always ensured that the staff was preparing everything with the freshest, most genuine ingredients possible," her son, Robert, said of his mother. Despite the fact that Dina passed away lately, her spirit lives on via Arte Cafe and the meals that are served today. Arte Cafe is the ideal location to organize your special event with 4 separate private party rooms that can accommodate up to 300 guests.
