  PQM serves as a butcher shop and café by day, and the Publican’s private event space by night. As one of the West Loop and Fulton Market’s most unique venues, we offer a change of pace from your usual private dining experience. The Chef’s Table can accommodate 24 guests down in our working kitchen for an unforgettable experience that places you and your closest friends and colleagues in front of all the action.
