The Arkell Museum at Canajoharie is an art museum and library situated in the Mohawk Valley of upstate New York. Founded by Bartlett Arkell — the first president of the Beech-Nut Packing Company — the original building opened in 1925, with a dedicated gallery wing added in 1927 and a major expansion completed in 2007. The permanent collection emphasizes American paintings from 1860 to 1940, including works by Winslow Homer, Childe Hassam, John Singer Sargent, Albert Bierstadt, Thomas Hart Benton, and Gilbert Stuart. Permanent galleries also cover Mohawk Valley history and a collection of early Beech-Nut advertising material. Private events are accommodated in the Great Hall, a large open room with natural light flowing through high windows and a distinctive floor painted as a map of the surrounding area. The space seats up to 120 guests at tables and is well suited to weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and seminars. The 1929 Memorial Garden provides an outdoor setting for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and photography, while a dedicated Classroom serves smaller gatherings of up to 20.

The 1796 House Inn at the Ridge is a pre-Victorian homestead built in 1796, set on 5 acres in the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountains just outside New Paltz, New York. The Oncenter is Central New York's premier convention and entertainment facility, occupying three city blocks in downtown Syracuse. The complex unites three distinct venues: the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center, the Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial, and the John H. Mulroy Civic Center Theaters. The Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center offers 100,000 square feet of adaptable space — from expansive exhibit halls suited for trade shows and large-scale conventions to a ballroom and dedicated breakout meeting rooms — with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and in-house catering by the Savor team. An underground tunnel links the Convention Center to the Arena and Theaters, keeping the full complex connected for multi-day events. The Upstate Medical Arena opened in 1951 as a veteran's memorial and has been home to the Syracuse Crunch since 1994, accommodating up to 7,000 guests across concert, sporting, and assembly configurations.
