When the family sold the advertising business to Lamar as the industry moved to digital signage, they repurposed the warehouse rather than let it sit empty, opening it as an event venue in 2007 filled with acquired neon and petroleum signs. Sarah Stokely has led the venue since 2018, continuing a family operation now spanning decades. The space is decorated with more than 300 nostalgic Tulsa signs, vintage Route 66 memorabilia, and old oil and gas advertising, giving it a picture-ready, retro character that requires little additional decor.
