An award-winning venue, Avant Gardner is the crown jewel of New York City entertainment. Today, the 80,000 square foot venue complex continues to occupy an entire city block of industrial East Williamsburg, containing a compound of stages and full-service event spaces. The venue’s centerpiece is the outdoor Brooklyn Mirage (5,000 cap) which also features a 360° wrap-around high wall offering panoramic views of Manhattan. Brooklyn Mirage is centered between permanent indoor warehouse spaces, Great Hall (3,400 cap) and Kings Hall (800 cap). Located in New York City, The Love Shack is a surreal photographic location and event space. Alexander and Brittany Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses inside an abandoned industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A large majority of the pieces of furniture and lighting you see are either original designs, or they have been restored and modified from their original forms. Some of our pieces, such as our one-of-a-kind lighting designs and The Library Chair, are available for purchase. In addition to photoshoots, small corporate events like cocktail parties, weddings, and other intimate gatherings, the Love Shack can be used as a performance space or as a screening room.
