PJ Hummel and Company’s World Headquarters is a repurposed century-old factory located in the transportation hub of Tacoma known as the Dome District. This is an upscale/casual space with a mixed seating environment - bar/tables/couches. We serve craft cocktails, beer & sparling wine. All of our craft cocktails are made with Chambers Bay Distillery spirits (bourbon, vodka, gin, ghost pepper whiskey) and local liqueurs.
