Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). This space is one of New York City’s most unique event venues. It all began as a barn in the middle of the vast Missouri farmlands, where our intimate, infinitely configurable space was born. We designed The Farm Event Venue from the ground up, sourcing rich oak barn wood, and fixtures from the farmlands of the Midwest. Detailed authentic Americana pieces compliment a highly modular design, defining a truly unique experience for you and your guests. This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth. All renters can use our hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings. Anita Rogers Gallery is a bright and spacious contemporary gallery in downtown NYC. Located on the ground floor, the space offers three large windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and columns throughout. We host events with our current exhibition of contemporary art on the walls, as well as offer the space as a white box.

Velvet Brooklyn is a cocktail bar and event venue that may be reserved for your special occasion. It is as luxurious as the fabric it is named after. With its exposed brick interior, vintage chandeliers, warm lighting and disco ball, it is the perfect space for an intimate event or a memorable celebration. It is 1,500 sq. ft with a maximum capacity of 110 guests. The interior includes two spacious bar areas, comfortable seating throughout the venue, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Velvet Brooklyn is an ideal venue for a stylish and fun celebration where guests can dance, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, soak in the vibrant ambience, and share an unforgettable moment with a loved one. You can choose our Velvet Room which can accommodate up to 60 guests, our Main Bar which can accommodate up to 50 guests, or the entire venue for up to 110 guests. We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

The menu combines bold flavors and a unique style to create the restaurant’s take on American classics, like our house favorite Chili Lobster and the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad, create a colorful and i nteractive dining experience. American Cut also has a tendency to light up the room, with interactive experiences such as the 40oz Porterhouse, flambéed tableside and elements of smoke and fire in other specially curated dishes.
