The property's four barn venues were reconstructed from historic barns salvaged from neighboring properties throughout the region and decorated throughout with antique farming implements and tools, giving each space an authentic agricultural character. Together, they accommodate groups from 50 to 350 guests for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations, with on-site catering available. The surrounding farm adds an unusual backdrop: berry fields, a 20-acre pumpkin patch, a replica frontier town, and wooded hayride terrain along Papio Creek. The barns operate April through October, and the ranch hosts seasonal festivals throughout the year that make use of the full property.

The Dining Pavilion seats up to 300 and features lake views, a cedar-lined ceiling, a full-service kitchen, and tables and benches on-site. The Timberlake Chapel is a 2,400-square-foot outdoor pavilion with a cedar-and-reclaimed-timber stage and built-in AV reinforcement, also accommodating up to 300.
