48 Wall Street provides a unique and magnificent event space for hosting corporate meetings, private affairs, weddings and nonprofit events on Wall Street. Located in the heart of NYC's Financial District, 48 Wall Street occupies three floors of a 1927 former historic bank. The Grand Mezzanine Banking Hall has retained much of its original architectural detail and boasts 30-foot ceilings, Palladian windows, and an entrance leading to a grand marble staircase.

The Great Hall, a New York City landmark located in lower Manhattan, is an Italian neo-renaissance masterpiece that is a New York City Landmark. This magnificent space, designed by Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921, boasts 65-foot-high ceilings, soaring marble columns, magnificent inlaid floors, and murals painted by Ezra Winter, among other features. With its four-generation tradition of cuisine and service, the venue is the ideal complement to any elegant social, charitable, or corporate event. This Italian neo-Renaissance inspired masterpiece, designed by architect Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921, boasts 65 foot high ceilings, soaring marble columns, and magnificent inlaid floors. The Cunard Building was designed by architect Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921. The grandly presented maritime theme emphasizes the power and reach of the Cunard Line when its new headquarters opened in 1919, at a time when New York had grown to become the world's largest city and busiest port, as well as the world's largest city and busiest port. After passing through the opulent vestibule and great hall, which was inspired by ancient Roman baths and where transatlantic voyages on liners like the Queen Mary and the two Queen Elizabeths were booked, visitors are greeted by a grand staircase. A decorative program centered on shipping themes was developed in collaboration with muralist Ezra Winter, and as a result, the lobby is adorned with starfish, seahorses, shells, and sirens, as well as the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria, three sailing ships used by Christopher Columbus on his voyages to the New World.

An Unrivaled Setting for Private Events Cipriani South Street at the Battery Maritime Building is the new home to New York’s most exciting and important gatherings. The renaissance of this magnificent architectural treasure was led by the internationally acclaimed design house of Thierry Despont, whose other well-known historical restoration projects include the Ritz Hotel in Paris, the Statue of Liberty, the Carlyle Hotel and the Woolworth Building in New York City among others. An abundance of unique details have been beautifully preserved throughout the building including the expansive patterned glass ceiling in the Great Hall, the Guastavino tile arches of the loggia, hundreds of mullioned glass windows, and exposed period ironwork. The second floor events complex includes a private arrival foyer and grand staircase, two separate pre-function rooms, and the 9,000 square foot Great Hall which accommodates up to 800 seated guests. A majestic space in every sense of the word, Broad Street Ballroom, part of Léman Manhattan Preparatory School, is one of New York City’s grandest event venues. 41 Broad was built in 1928 as the Lee, Higginson, & Company Bank Building. Cross & Cross architectural firm — known as Old Society New York’s architects of choice — designed it in an austere, late 1920’s Classical Revival style, an aesthetic that defined New York City both here and in other of their designs, including 20 Exchange Place, The Guggenheim Museum, and Columbia University Church of Notre Dame. Stepping into The Ballroom is like entering another era (with the exception of the amazing audio-visual setup). Located at 41 Broad Street in the heart of New York’s historic Financial District, the Broad Street Ballroom has captivated visitors for decades with its timeless elegance. Al Coro is a restaurant designed for special occasions. The main dining room can accommodate parties of up to ten people. Each night there is live music. Larger events can be accommodated in a number of private rooms. The menu has meals that take some artistic license in addition to regional Italian cookery. A array of little morsels called aperitivi is served before the main course, antipasti, two pasta courses, and desserts. A condensed 5-course menu is available for $195 per person or the full 7-course menu costs $245. The menu is updated every six weeks, and while we don't post the entire list, you can get a sneak peek at some of the dishes on our Instagram at @alcoro.nyc if you can't stand the anticipation! Our main dining area has a private room that can accommodate up to 12 people on the mezzanine. For exclusive gatherings, underground private dining rooms may accommodate 180 people. Up to 200 people can be seated in the main dining room comfortably, and up to 1000 people can attend standing celebrations.
