The Durst Organization has created Well& by Durst for the many people who come together under our roofs to work, play, live and thrive. Well& by Durst is a constantly evolving experience designed to energize, inspire and connect our guests in a healthy and productive environment. Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. On event day, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges, along with the use of our in-house furniture, state-of-the-art technology equipment, and breakout and common area rooms. We customize each event and meeting hosted here, meaning the total event fee is based off your specific event needs and consists of a flat-rate venue fee plus a per person catering package. Food and beverage services are provided by our in-house catering team through Legends Hospitality.

American Cut, created by LDV Hospitality, pays homage to the original and aspirational New York dining experience- The steakhouse. The restaurant captures the nostalgic glamour of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today's modern social life. The menu combines bold flavors and a unique style to create the restaurant’s take on American classics, like our house favorite Chili Lobster and the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad, create a colorful and i nteractive dining experience. American Cut also has a tendency to light up the room, with interactive experiences such as the 40oz Porterhouse, flambéed tableside and elements of smoke and fire in other specially curated dishes. Our culinary team creates event menus that can be customized to meet the needs of all guests, ranging from social seated dinners, large format steaks, cocktail receptions, creative food station displays and sweet treats.

Anita Rogers Gallery is a bright and spacious contemporary gallery in downtown NYC. Located on the ground floor, the space offers three large windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and columns throughout. We host events with our current exhibition of contemporary art on the walls, as well as offer the space as a white box.

Perched privately on the top floor of the Little Flatiron Building in the heart of the Meatpacking District, our loft-like open space is preserved with white brick walls and original 1849 exposed wood beams and rafters. Natural sunlight and moonlight fill the space by way of our full wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows. Nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the West Village, this multi-level storefront event space is a spacious 2,000 sf gallery with 20 ft ceilings. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area. The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display. The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties.
