Established in 2006, Machines with Magnets is a contemporary art gallery, cocktail bar, event and performance venue, and recording studio in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The 2,000-square-foot venue and gallery combine two connected areas finished with mid-century modern furnishings, custom seating, a full bar, and Danish Modern details, and the gallery hosts quarterly contemporary art, craft, and design exhibitions. A private, lighted patio extends the space outdoors, set against a backdrop of the neighborhood's historic mill buildings and reachable via off-street parking, suited to food trucks and outdoor catering. A dressing room and back-of-house areas are available on request. The Lippitt House Museum is an 1865 Victorian mansion on Providence's historic East Side, recognized as a National Historic Landmark for its well-preserved period interiors. Built for textile magnate and Rhode Island Governor Henry Lippitt, the house features an elaborate dining room ceiling and other high-style Victorian details throughout its first-floor rooms. Beyond its museum tours, the mansion is available for rental for parties, photography and film, and corporate or non-profit meetings, with grounds that include an operational 1873 fountain. Rental packages give guests access to six first-floor rooms and the grounds, along with the free use of banquet tables, chairs, and a Steinway baby grand piano, all included with the space rather than sourced separately. The inn's nine rooms range from premium ocean-view accommodations with spa tubs and fireplaces to simpler, cozy options, each with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and complimentary outdoor parking. Guests staying at The 1661 Inn have access to a signature breakfast buffet, an evening Wine and Nibbles service, and spacious common areas with direct access to the property's sprawling lawn, along with the wider resort's amenities. The Theatre’s renovations are extensive for both inside and outside of the building and have been made to create the ultimate event experience. There is a brand new raised stage and also previous obstructions on the ground have been removed, in order to give customers the best possible site views to the stage. The stage will have a brand new state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. Artists will have all new dressing rooms to better accommodate their visit. Built in 1896, the Casino at Roger Williams Park is a Colonial Revival building that stands as an example of historic preservation within Providence's 427-acre Roger Williams Park, in the city's Elmwood section, minutes from downtown. The building features hand-finished wood paneling and original maple flooring on the ground level, while the upstairs ballroom offers birch floors, 20-foot ceilings, and plaster detailing. A porch and fireplace round out the building's character. The venue offers configurable event spaces: the second-floor Ballroom accommodates dinner and dancing, seated dinners, or auditorium-style gatherings, the ground-floor First Floor suits smaller dinners or standing receptions, and the entire facility can be rented together for larger standing receptions. Rentals run on a standard eight-hour schedule, with two hours for setup, five hours for the event, and one hour for breakdown, and reduced rates are available during the winter season from January 2 through March 31. Tables and chairs are provided at no additional charge, and on-site parking accommodates up to 75 vehicles. The Casino is available for events year-round, except on Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving.

The Roger Williams Park Botanical Center is a greenhouse event venue set within Roger Williams Park, 427 acres of historic parkland in the Elmwood section of Providence, Rhode Island, just minutes from downtown. Lush gardens, a Koi Pond, and 45-foot-tall palms give the space its character, creating a garden backdrop for weddings, private events, and fundraisers. Rentals run on a five-hour basis and include the Conservatory and Mediterranean Room, which accommodates up to 150 guests theater-style and 80 for a seated reception, dinner, or dance in the Mediterranean Room. The venue also offers use of the Lakeside Pavilion, available May through October, which holds up to 300 guests theater-style and 150 for a seated reception, dinner, or dance. Caterers are given access starting at 4pm with an hour set aside for post-event breakdown, and professional photography is permitted throughout the gardens with a permit, which can be built into a wedding package.
