Set at the foot of the Wellsville Mountains in Utah's Cache Valley, the American West Heritage Center is a living history farm that brings the region's 1820-to-1920 heritage to life through hands-on demonstrations, pony rides, and a working 1917 historical farm. The center's old-fashioned buildings — a rustic barn, a quaint opera house, and an open-air pavilion — are flexible enough to host anything from a barn wedding to a more formal reception, and the grounds also serve as a backdrop for corporate retreats, family reunions, and youth conferences through the center's Camp Rendezvous program. Weddings and receptions can be tailored with a couple's own choice of vendors, and rentals include wagon rides for arriving guests. Corporate groups renting the farm can add a wagon ride to and from their party, along with extras like an outdoor movie, a bison tour, or bounce houses. Camp Rendezvous, built for reunions and youth conferences, includes a 6-by-32-foot shelter for dining and shade along with on-site fire pits, and its activities — from team building to archery — can be scaled to fit the group.

Quiet Meadow Farm sits on 130 acres beneath the mountains of Mapleton, Utah, about 45 minutes from Salt Lake City. The property is centered around a large barn with an inviting fireplace, set against a peaceful, nature-rich landscape that hosts weddings, corporate events, company parties, and other important occasions. Rental of the property includes fifteen handcrafted farmhouse tables, rustic barrel-top and barn-wood buffet tables, and 150 ceremony or reception chairs, along with a decor package of lanterns, candles, greenery, and rustic accents that couples can mix and match. A bridal suite and groom's room provide space to prepare, and a prep kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and warming oven supports catering needs. Quiet Meadow Farm's staff handles full setup, takedown, and cleanup for every event, and each rental is guided by a dedicated day-of coordinator alongside additional event staff on site.

Big Willow Barn sits on shared grounds with Linden Nursery in Lindon, Utah, built around gardens that sit beneath the canopy of a century-old Weeping Willow tree. The barn hosts weddings, family gatherings, and other special events, with the indoor space accommodating up to 100 guests across twelve round tables, alongside banquet and cafe-style tables for additional setup. An outdoor garden space is available seasonally, from June through October, weather permitting, giving couples an additional ceremony or reception option beneath the willow tree. Event access runs from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and outside caterers are welcome to bring their own menu; the venue's kitchen offers prep space, a refrigerator and freezer, and microwaves to support them. Big Willow Barn does not permit alcohol on site.
