Agave of Sedona is a private high desert event venue located at 1146 West State Route 89A in Sedona, Arizona, surrounded by the red rock formations that define the landscape. Built by the Moore family — longtime Sedona residents — the property was designed with organic materials including sun-baked adobe bricks and hand-placed stone that reflect the natural environment. The ceremony terrace, introduced in 2015, offers a circular outdoor setting with panoramic views of the Sedona landscape. The venue spans more than 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space and accommodates up to 200 guests. Event spaces include the Montage Room, an indoor ballroom with a built-in dance floor and full AV capabilities, and the semicircular Terrace, an outdoor ceremony and reception space with red rock views. Six luxury villas are available on-site for lodging, with additional off-site rental options nearby. Agave of Sedona operates year-round and hosts weddings, private receptions, corporate retreats, and speaker events. The venue operates as BYOB with catering provided through a required list of preferred caterers. The Arizona Nordic Village is a place to get away from it all. Surrounded by tall ponderosa pine and aspen trees, the Village is peaceful and calm. Our goal is to have as little influence on the environment as possible while yet offering a comfortable and secure environment for campers and visitors. The grass is lush and the flowers are plentiful during the summer months of July and August. There will undoubtedly be a lot of snow in the winter. Summer rains are brought on by the monsoons, and the sun offers warmth and happiness to all. You'll be surrounded by friendly wildlife wherever you go, whether it's a butterfly in the summer or a wild turkey in the winter. The Space Indoor bathrooms and showers are available at our lodge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team can also keep a large campfire going until 10:00 p.m. for your guests to enjoy the warmth and maybe even some s'mores for dessert! Pavilion Tent Our 70′ x 30′ pavilion tent can accommodate up to 290 people and is ideal for small or large parties. Up to twenty-five 60′′ circular tables, fifteen 8′ rectangular tables, and ten 6′ rectangle tables are included in the overnight package. There are no linens provided. Large Yurt Our 30′ yurt with wooden flooring, which serves as our ski rental shop in the winter, is the ideal dance floor for any occasion. The yurt is equipped with walls for all occasions (as shown in the photo), but you can request that the windows and sections of the wall be rolled up on a nice day. The Ponderosa Room The Ponderosa Room is located on the second floor of the lodge. It can be used for a party or event, as well as overnight housing for 2-4 persons.

This beautiful ceremony site, which is directly adjacent to the Valencia Ballroom, offers breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain, as well as the ultimate in convenience for your guests' flow of traffic during the reception. With 6,500 square feet of usable space, the Valencia Lawn is a semi-private setting that is ideal for your ceremony and cocktail reception that will immediately follow. The reception will have a capacity of 350 people. Whatever the size of your wedding or the intimacy of your reception, the Castillo Lucena at Omni Scottsdale offers a fairy tale setting complete with memorable and architecturally stunning details such as cathedral ceilings accented with exposed wood beams and hand laid wood floors. The intricate architecture and décor will capture the attention of guests from the moment they walk through the 16th-century palace double doors from Southern Spain that grace the venue's entrance. The massive two-paneled pine door, which originates from the village of Lucena in northern Andalusia, adds an authentic touch to the venue, ensuring that everyone has a wonderful time at the celebration.
