Inside, you'll find 5000 square feet of venue space for your exclusive use, as well as 32 feet of glass bi-folding doors that open completely and effortlessly to expand your party onto our 1500 square foot terrace and beautiful pool with shimmering water from the fountain. The terrace leads to a classic wraparound porch where you may enjoy a romantic stroll around the main house with your special someone. The mood of your big day is enhanced with hardwood floors and classic southern décor. This location is also ideal for families with children. The duck pond and gazebo, where kids can feed the fish and ducks, will be a hit with the kids. A playground and tree-swings are also available. Our newly renovated ballroom offers 4,000 square feet of indoor event space, making it the ideal location for beautiful wedding receptions in North Georgia and the surrounding areas. White Laurel Estate, in partnership with the award-winning Events By Dezine team, led by Jennifer Mineo, will be THE place to get married and host special events in north Georgia. Offering luxury with simple yet fine finishes that will appeal to a wide range of styles and trends, the White Laurel Estate will feature rolling hills, pristine landscape, and a fresh new look that will appeal to many different styles and trends. The Thompson House and Gardens is located in the small quiet town of Bogart, Georgia, just minutes from downtown Athens and its quaint cafés, antique shops, and of course the University of Georgia. The House a historic Victorian farmhouse built in the 1880 by Mr. and Mrs. Thompson. The House remained in the Thompson family for over 100 years until On Guest transformed it into a beautiful and unique setting for weddings, receptions, and social gatherings. The Thompson House and Gardens embraces nature and elegance at its finest, as demonstrated by its ever-changing display of color and fragrance. The inviting wraparound porch offers guests a place to sit and marvel at the meticulously maintained grounds and experience the serenity and tranquility of the garden’s soothing water feature. Guests may even get a glimpse of butterflies whimsically fluttering atop the gardens flora. All the while, you may be serenaded by the romantic sound of a train rumbling along just outside the grounds of the garden, bringing you back to a simpler time. Your guests will leave with a feeling of true southern Victorian sophistication.

The Tate House is a historic pink marble mansion set on a 27-acre estate in Tate, Georgia, about 45 minutes north of Atlanta. Built in 1926 by Colonel Sam Tate, the Second Renaissance Revival estate is constructed throughout with rare Etowah Pink Marble quarried nearby, earning it the nickname the Pink Palace. The mansion's grand staircase, mural artwork, marble floors, ornate chandeliers, and numerous fireplaces create a backdrop that reads well in any season. The estate's 19,000 square feet of event space include a 4,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom with a 700-square-foot marble dance floor, a covered Pavilion, a Conservatory designed as a cocktail and evening dancing space, a Speakeasy bar, and three ceremony sites — the garden, the piazza, and the covered Pavilion. The garden terrace is set among six flowing fountains, centuries-old oak, pecan, and black walnut trees, and manicured statuary walks. Ceremonies accommodate up to 220 guests; the Grand Ballroom seats up to 180 for a dinner and dance reception. The Tate House provides all food and beverage through its in-house catering team and includes a two-story Bridal Cottage and a Groom's Cottage for day-of preparation.
