Maintained by volunteers from the DCA Greenhouse Group, the Garden Club of Darien and private vendors, the gardens are the heart of our estate. From the McKitterick Room to the Garden Wing and the Bridal Suite, every room has a view of the beautiful gardens where your guests will gather awaiting your moment. Historic Light-Filled Home With over 15 spaces and eight acres to bring your vision to life, natural light glows within the Meadowland’s spacious rooms, tall ceilings, large windows and beautiful wood floors and in the outdoor spaces. As part of The 203 Project: A Sustainable Showhouse at the DCA, our rooms have been newly decorated by professional interior designers, fully air-conditioned and all look out into the garden. The property has a sweeping front lawn that is fabulous for family and bridal party photos, and a secret garden is perfect for the first look. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Meadowlands at the DCA is a 15,000 square foot, Regency-style estate on over eight acres of property. The facilities include a spacious Garden Wing with attached commercial kitchen, boardroom and intimate library, and rooms which look out to its formal garden. The property also includes a working Lord & Burnham greenhouse (original to the estate), and a four-acre bird sanctuary and nature trail.

Radio Park is our newest Rockefeller Center venue located on the 9th floor of 50 Rockefeller Plaza. This space features a half-acre garden that sits atop Radio City Music Hall. The space can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktails or 150 for a seated meal in our interior space. There is existing lounge and outdoor furniture in the space. Catering and additional furniture would be arranged separately through vendors of your choosing, we are happy to provide recommendations.
