The Bronxville Women's Club, Inc. occupies the Anna Lawrence Bisland House, a 1928 landmark in Bronxville, New York. Founded in 1925 and listed on both the Westchester County Inventory of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places, the clubhouse has served as a community gathering place for nearly a century. The club's Ballroom — described as the only midsize hall in lower Westchester — accommodates up to 165 guests and features a stage, making it well suited for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, concerts, and private celebrations. It opens directly onto an outdoor patio and garden with vintage street lights and a working waterfall. The Forest Road Park Building is a rental facility operated by the Fanwood Recreation Department in Fanwood, New Jersey. The main room spans 43 by 35 feet and accommodates up to 120 guests, with heat, air conditioning, and restroom facilities. Available for groups of 45 or more and for any event requiring kitchen access, the building includes a full kitchen available for an additional fee. Approximately 20 tables and more than 100 chairs are provided with each rental at no extra charge. The building sits within Forest Road Park, which also features a playground.

Current Rental Guidelines Effective 2021-2022 - All events will have a maximum capacity of 50 people or less, including children and excluding staff, through December 2021. This number will increase to 75 people as of January 2022. - All events are to be outside events only (ceremonies, receptions, etc.). - Indoor use of Bailey House is restricted to restroom access only and will not have access to the rest of the building. - The historic Bailey House will be undergoing major construction during the winter season of 2021-2022.
