LOT 613 is a special event and film location comprised of two vintage warehouses and an adjoining courtyard encompassing 18,000 total square feet. LOT 613 holds a full liquor license, live entertainment, cabaret and dancehall permits as well as a full catering license. LOT 613 sits within a very unique hub of the Downtown LA Arts District, surrounded by well known landmark buildings such as the Biscuit Company and Toy Factory Lofts, restaurants like Bestia, Church & State and Urth Caffé, and local bars including Tony’s, Villains Tavern, Everson Royce and Little Bear. LOT 613 is the home of the PROTOTYPE series. It is a rare opportunity to host an outside garden wedding or other special event at the Landmarks Art and Garden Center, which is a carefully restored historic cottage and garden from Tiburon's first years. It is a garden consisting of a big flat lawn and four terraces connected by curving brick paths, all of which have spectacular views of Richardson Bay. The property is a square acre with stunning views of Richardson Bay. There are benches scattered throughout the garden, each with a unique perspective of the harbor and neighboring hills. Heritage trees, a rose arbor, vibrant floral beds, and a pagoda birdhouse are among the elements of the landscape. Nestled in the garden is the farm house, which was erected in the 1870s when Tiburon was a thriving railroad hub and has been renovated. In addition to two bright and airy rooms, the cottage has an old wood-burning stove that adds to its charm. A fire-school bell from 1890, which is sounded for special occasions, can be found just outside the building. This is simply another example of the one-of-a-kind details that contribute to the historic appeal of the location. A premier outdoor wedding venue in Marin County. As a member of the Rustic Canyon Family, Esters is a partnership between restaurateurs Josh Loeb & Zoe Nathan and the group’s Wine Director Kathryn Coker and her husband, Tug. It’s a cozy, yet stylish, Santa Monica wine shop and bar where you can come for a glass of champagne and a meal, buy a special bottle for a friend, stock your wine cellar or all of the above. Tucked inside a beautifully refurbished 1937 Art Deco building, their retail area features floor to ceiling racks of wine focused on smaller producers (whose stories they know and love) as well as a separate room for high-end finds to add to your private collection. Esters offers a full menu for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch that changes seasonally, with a delicious array of meats and cheeses curated by our “little kitchen that could.” Executive Chef Jessica Liu-He and the culinary team are committed to sourcing local fish, meats from high-quality producers, and they make as much as possible in house.
