Pavilions with grills and picnic tables are available for gatherings. The park has been a public resource since land was donated in 1938 and is managed by the Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department.

Venue rentals are offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Elegant tropical garden with a waterfall in the Courtyard The Detailed Description With a raised stage for your ceremony surrounded by rich tropical vegetation, the Courtyard is a romantic setting for your garden wedding. The sounds of a trickling waterfall add to the romance of your garden wedding. A warm and inviting glow will be cast over your nighttime ceremony or reception by overhead and landscape lighting, which will add to the overall atmosphere. This site can be used for both the ceremony and the reception, with the reception taking place on the Terrace for larger groups. The walk from the Courtyard to the Terrace takes you through the Tropical Forest, which is quite nice. Guests will be able to drink cocktails while strolling down the boardwalk and bridge over our fresh water pond on their approach to the Terrace, which will be available as an optional service.

For a modest ceremony or life celebration, this is an excellent choice. In the shade of the Almond Tree A lovely Almond tree may be seen next to the Butterfly Garden, on a hillside above the garden. There are many couples who choose to have their wedding ceremony here, under the Almond Tree, with the sea as a backdrop and mild winds coming in from the sea. Courtyard The courtyard is an excellent location for a reception! Tables can be put up either under a tent or outside in the open air. As you picture fairy lights glittering under the tent or flickering candles on the tables, the aroma of night-blooming flowers wafting through the air, you're getting a sense of what it's like. At night, the fort and gardens are spectacular. The gardens provide a beautiful setting for a nighttime cocktail celebration. Nothing is more romantic than the moon, the sea, small lights twinkling in the trees, and candles on the tables casting a delightful warm glow on the tablecloths and chairs. In the garden, your guests can take a leisurely stroll, breathe in the fragrances of flowers in the evening, and discover unexpected surprises around every corner. The Peace Garden and Labyrinth by the Sea are two of the most popular attractions in the area. A labyrinth, an ancient symbol of completeness, blends the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering yet deliberate path that is both beautiful and functional.
