Our two-story, state-of-the-art new home, designed by nationally recognized theater architects Auerbach Consultants, consists of a theater, a visual arts gallery, dressing rooms, a lobby, and office space in an adaptable-use facility. Our flexible theater has up to 97 seats (110 for a comedy configuration) and can be cleared to be used as an event venue for 200. Our lobby and gallery can hold up to 125. The venue comes equipped with state-of-the-art technical and production resources, a designated box office, 2 dressing rooms, a green room, and a top-notch administrative team to help bring your vision to life. Art House Productions is a dynamic multidisciplinary arts organization based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Founded in 2001, Art House is dedicated to the production and presentation of innovative visual and performing arts, serving the local community and beyond.

The top floor of one of the few remaining factory warehouses on the North Williamsburg riverfront is now home to XX Venue, a freshly established, large, nicely restored business space. This one-of-a-kind venue, located at the corner of North 11th Street and Wythe Avenue, features 11,000 square feet of private, multi-purpose studio space and a 4,000 square foot private rooftop. With its flexible white-box architecture, open floor layout, and spectacular waterfront vistas, this extraordinary space has been deliberately built to support a diversity of applications within a historic three-story brick warehouse. The spacious inside space, in addition to the private rooftop access, features numerous expansive open areas as well as six distinct studio rooms, each with over-sized, magnificent arch windows. The whitewashed setting creates an excellent blank canvas for your individual wedding vision to come to life, with 20-foot ceilings, Madera hardwood floors, big skylights, and plenty of windows that flood the area with natural light. The XX Venue is a high-end loft with a private rooftop in Williamsburg's burgeoning neighborhood. This venue combines all modern features with Brooklyn character and convenience, and is located in a refurbished warehouse building. Within the facility, there is a panoramic 270-degree view, as well as unimpeded views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from the rooftop. Natural light floods the 15,000 square feet of space. Office space, breakout rooms, back of house, and a large open space for activation are all part of the distinctive concept.

With a capacity of 175 guests for seated and over 225 for receptions, we can accommodate a variety of seating configurations. The room is equipped with two 15-foot dropdown screens with built in projector and surround sound speakers. Amali oversees food, beverage and service for The Ballroom on 74th. Our award winning culinary and beverage team executes with restaurant level professionalism and care. The Ballroom on 74th is located within the Chiotes Hall which offers also offers conference and meeting rooms for corporate meetings.

This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth.
