On the site are three of the state's biggest pecan trees, which are among the largest in the world. The ranch is the ideal location for special occasions such as weddings and family reunions. With a wide range of flexibility and a diverse range of activities, it is well suited for a wide range of events including business meetings, retreats, scrapbookers, quilters, banquets, family reunions, weddings, birthdays, and outdoor activities (hunting, fishing, and hiking). The Ranch has seven miles of private coastline on the tranquil Lake Tawakoni, which guests may enjoy.
