The Telico Gin was constructed in Telico, Texas, in May 1940. For decades, this ancient cotton gin served the local neighborhood. For many years, the Telico Gin was a working cotton gin. James' parents are seated in the front row! When James and Connie Trojacek bought the site in 2014, they realized their dream of creating the ultimate event facility. The gin is full of personality and provides a unique, pleasant setting for every occasion! The "Seed Barn" was remodeled in 2017 and is now a fantastic addition to the property! This structure is ideal for wedding ceremonies, showers, informal gatherings, and birthday parties. The Telico Gin is a family-run establishment. The Telico Gin is a historic cotton gin that has been transformed into an event center and wedding venue! The Telico Gin is a one-of-a-kind event venue located south of Dallas. The Telico Gin does not provide catering. For their important day, the majority of our guests employ caterers! 30 rectangular tables and 400 white garden chairs are available. If alcohol is present at your event, we require security and a bartender. If the ceremony will be held outside, you will need to acquire more seats from a rental business. Our chairs are only suitable for use indoors.

Her friends and relatives began approaching her for guidance after that, and a wedding planner was born! She has almost 20 years of experience in the field. Sara joined Lone Star Mansion in 2015 after earning her certification as a Certified Wedding & Event Professional, working as an outside planner, and running her own venue. She's behind the scenes ensuring our brides have the perfect day when she's not conducting tours and getting to know each couple. Sara enjoys spending her free time with her spouse and friends traveling around the world. Tigi has worked with all area of weddings, from assistant coordination to videography, flower design, cake creation, complete planning, and everything in between. Tigi genuinely cares about individuals and enjoys assisting them in planning their ideal wedding. She is genuinely concerned about each couple and enjoys building long-term relationships with them during the planning process. Tigi has progressed to the position of Senior Event Director after joining Lone Star Mansion in 2015. Tigi and her husband are foster parents and manage a nonprofit while they are not at the Mansion.
