The Art Space is a pristine and empty studio space perfect for any type of event - holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, unique dinner parties, photo shoots, video shoots, experiential events and book launches. The versatile and immaculate space is a blank slate that can be transformed into any style. Outside vendors are welcome to make the space their own. Alternatively, we can provide an in-house creative team to assist with making the event one of a kind. The space can be as minimal or maximalist as needed. The large open plan studio layout provides plenty of options to design a perfect environment for your event. The space has a Poggenpohl kitchen at the front of the studio and an industrial kitchen at the back of the studio designed for food prep. Additional rooms for hair and makeup and a loading dock are available. The space is available for holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, dinner parties, photo shoots, experiential events and book launches. Outside vendors are welcome. Candleroom has been illuminating Dallas' nightlife scene since 2003, and it is the ideal spot to see, be seen, interact, and celebrate. Candleroom, located in the heart of the Henderson Avenue entertainment district, boasts 3,000 square feet of historic retail space as well as cutting-edge sound, video, and lighting systems. Incorporating satin finishes, antique fixtures, and deep, rich color palettes throughout, the different venue zones combine to create an environment that is both inviting and premium in appearance. The interiors are infused with a powerful and captivating aura of substance thanks to a blend of 18th and 21st Century décor, with the chandelier serving as a continual dramatic emblem of the Candleroom's nightly mystery and personality. Suitable for private functions ranging from 10 to 300+ people, including meetings, launch parties, receptions, rehearsal dinners, weddings, and other special occasions. The DJs provide a progressive mix of Top 40, EDM, House, Rock, Hip-Hop, and Dance music, among other genres. Saturdays feature video DJ mixes!

At Oak Cliff, Texas, have your wedding in the historic Tyler Station industrial building. Wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, and other events are held at Wax Space, a community coworking space. This open-air, fully renovated space, which was once home to the Dixie Wax Paper Company, will leave your guests feeling inspired and energetic without sacrificing the comfort of a ‘old world' factory. Wax Space, located in the center of Oak Cliff (only minutes from Downtown Dallas), has one 2,200 sq. ft. main floor with five large (west-facing) windows and three ceiling skylights that let in plenty of natural light. Our 25-foot exposed vaulted wood ceiling, combined with our Mexico City-inspired lounge space, creates a light and airy atmosphere for up to 125 guests. There are also 40 wooden seats, 6 tables, Loading Dock Access, a Mezzanine cooking area with a sink, microwave, and large refrigerator, Fiber Internet, Wireless Music System, Restrooms, and lots of parking in our space. The TX Studio, our sibling company located downstairs, provides you with 2,000 square feet of additional lovely space. Before and after the ceremony, use the TX Studio for your first look and wedding party photos, or as a private location for the Groomsmen or Bridesmaids. The TX Studio also has a Cactus Garden where you may capture some exterior shots! For all wedding and reception ceremonies, Wax Space provides two economical packages. The Full Day plan, which is available on Saturday and Sunday, allows you to use the area for 14 hours. The Half-Day plan includes 8 hours of space use and is available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you have a shorter time period in mind, please contact us because we would still be happy to arrange your event. Both packages include all of the aforementioned features, as well as vendor suggestions (including our next-door neighbors, a Wedding Cake Bakery and Microbrewery) and on-site staff support.

The Frontiers of Flight Museum is located on Lemmon Avenue, in the southeastern corner of Dallas Love Field Airport, just south of the terminal building. It debuted in June 2004 and is a strikingly designed 100,000-square-foot building that includes more than 30 aircraft and space vehicles, more than a dozen thematic exhibitions, a 200-seat auditorium, specialized classrooms and conference spaces, as well as a children's discovery section. There are a variety of event rental and production choices available in two climate-controlled aircraft hangar-like structures that are connected by a connecting structure on both levels. The historic Mustang Aviation hangar, which has been in operation since the 1940s, is housed within the northern structure, which contains the original foundation and framework of the building. There is easy access to runways 13L-31R from the Museum's six-acre area, which also includes free illuminated and secure parking for 370 automobiles, with additional space available for overflow.
