In addition to being located at the top of the hotel's grand staircase, the private DELAMAR Boardroom is also easily accessible from both the Library and the restaurant. The DELAMAR Boardroom in Greenwich, Connecticut, is an ideal setting for high-level corporate meetings because of its discreet location and capacity of up to sixteen participants. The boardroom is furnished with luxurious leather high-back chairs and a table that was custom built for the space. This elegant meeting space is equipped with contemporary amenities such as cutting-edge audiovisual equipment, fine crystal glassware, leather blotters, and signature pens. The Antibes Ballroom, which measures 2,000 square feet and has an adjoining private waterfront terrace, is ideal for larger groups. A smaller party of 15 to 200 guests can be accommodated in the Ballroom, which can be divided into two smaller rooms, "Half Antibes" and "Deauville." Large glass doors connect both rooms to the waterfront terrace, which extends the entire length of the building's length. The terrace is planted with herbs and plants native to southern France, which fills the air with a fragrant scent that transports you back in time. A wrought iron "tonnel" is thatched with bamboo to dapple the sunlight and provide shade for your guests during the warm summer months. Located just a few steps from the terrace is our 500-foot private dock, which can accommodate yachts and boats to transport guests to and from your event...or to transport them away afterward.

Boscobel opened as a nonprofit museum sixty years ago. Built between 1804 and 1808, it was originally the dream house of wealthy Loyalists. By the 1950s, after falling into disrepair, it was demolished. Preservationists saved as many architectural fragments as possible and reassembled them fifteen miles north, where the Neoclassical mansion was restored back to—and even beyond—its original grandeur. Boscobel was saved as a beautiful piece of art. Now an esteemed Historic House Museum containing one of the finest collections of decorative arts from the Federal period, Boscobel offers admission to 68 acres of our grounds, featuring lush gardens and a woodland trail. Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space.
