Sunset Ranch is a private estate on the North Shore of Oahu that spans thirty acres and offers panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and the entire northwest side of the island. Sunset Ranch, which is one of the only properties in Hawaii to be permanently protected with grant funding from the federal government, state government, and county government, has a specific mission to advance land conservation and sustainability in Hawaii. At this time, Sunset Ranch is available to host events as well as tours. Our Tours have been thoughtfully crafted to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy one of the most exclusive estates on Oahu while also gaining knowledge about the history of the ranch, land conservation, sustainable practices, as well as Hawaiian history and culture. In addition, we serve as hosts for a wide range of events, such as weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, family luaus, corporate retreats, and other types of social gatherings. White Orchid Beach House is an exclusive beachfront venue situated on a private cove in Mākena, Maui, a few miles south of the Wailea resort area and steps from Oneloa (Big Beach) and Pa'ako Cove. One of the very first properties ever built in this remote stretch of south Maui, the estate has been privately owned for over 65 years and carries the nostalgic charm of Old Hawai'i — open ocean views, a sandy beachfront, and an unhurried sense of place that is increasingly rare on the island. The venue accommodates up to 40 guests and is well-suited to weddings, vow renewals, private celebrations, corporate retreats, and intimate receptions. The property includes a fully furnished beach-style interior with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, a kitchen, and an expansive deck. Ceremonies and receptions take place on the oceanfront lawn with unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific and year-round sunset light over the water. A White Orchid Wedding, which has operated since 1991, manages all events at the property and requires full-service event coordination for every booking. Licensed caterers from the venue's preferred vendor list are welcome in the on-site kitchen.

The Steeple House at Kapalua is a historic 1,500-square-foot chapel in West Maui, built in the 1950s to serve the area's pineapple and sugar cane plantation workers. Remodeled in 2017, the chapel retains its character — including stained glass windows depicting tropical flowers and pineapples — while offering every modern amenity. Situated next to The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, the property overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the Kapalua Golf Course. The grounds span one acre of manicured lawn and include multiple distinct spaces for events of all sizes. The indoor chapel accommodates 20 to 200 guests. The outdoor Mau'u Terrace, set against ocean views, suits ceremonies and cocktail hours for up to 100 guests and can be tented. The Makai Lawn opens to a grand lawn area that can be tented for up to 500 guests, making full-property buyouts possible for celebrations of nearly any scale. From ancient times, Olowalu was considered a place of refuge, many describe it as a magical place. The oceanfront, Olowalu Plantation House, was part of the Olowalu Sugar Plantation and Pioneer Mill. The Plantation consisted of 700 acres of sugar cane and was part of the community since 1850. The last sugar harvest was 1998. The house itself, offers a spacious lanai overlooking a large beachfront lawn. This lends a beautiful backdrop for wedding ceremonies, receptions and group functions.
