Everything else (i.e. catering, DJ, florals) must be coordinated by the couple’s Certified Event Planner or Coordinator. Please note that all vendors must be licensed and insured and documentation must be provided to us beforehand. Our couples typically break down their event into four segments: a welcome reception, the ceremony, a cocktail hour, and the wedding reception. Venue With the Venue Only Package, couples may pick and choose from the following onsite locations: Lychee Grove, Outdoor Barn Terrace, or the Inside the Air-Conditioned Barn. The Venue Amenities include: Complimentary Valet Parking, Bride’s Cottage (early arrival for hair, makeup, and getting dressed), Groom’s Cottage, Overnight stay for Bride & Groom (Check Out:10:00 am), Security (non-armed), and Vintage 1923 Farm truck (décor). For the Wedding Reception – couples receive the Cypress Farm Tables and Cross-Back Chairs.
