Locations range from indoor sound stages, backlot locations, the Commissary and Studio Grill by Wolfgang Puck, and the Studio 1220 Event Space. The Universal Lot features over 25 sound stages of varying sizes on 400 acres. Stages range from 6,800 to 19,000 square feet of industrial space providing a blank slate for your event. The Universal Backlot features a diverse array of event locations. Transport your guests to an urban cityscape, Mexican courtyard, wild west, suburban neighborhoods, or the cobblestone streets of Europe. Surprise your guests with an iconic film set such as the Clock Tower Square from "Back to the Future," or Wisteria Lane from "Desperate Housewives." Located just inside the main gate of the world's oldest and largest working motion picture studio, the Studio Grill by Wolfgang Puck, The Commissary and the Patio are perfect for receptions, wrap parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events and private celebrations. Lastly, Studio 1220 is comprised of two spaces featuring a clean, modern design with floor to ceiling windows. The main space is over 4,300 square feet with the adjacent lounge at 1,435 square feet - perfect for breakout sessions, greenroom, VIP room, registration/check-in, OR as stand-alone venue. The adjacent parking lot can be used in conjunction with the space for an indoor/outdoor feel.

We are a 10 minutes drive to Rose Bowl and have park & ride stations nearby. Rose Bowl comes by every year and are 2 blocks from the floats. Great for micro wedding reception / dinners, company cocktail party, holiday parties, special engagements of all sorts. The layout is single floor and clients can decorate the space as needed and very customizable. Clients can rent custom event rentals through us for your special event. We have a beautiful wine bar. We have professional events team available for all your needs such as; private chefs, caterers, bartenders, servers, event coordinators. The Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden is a one-of-a-kind 127-acre botanical garden and historical attraction in the midst of Arcadia's historic Rancho Santa Anita. Weddings, photography, videography, corporate gatherings, and special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and showers can all be carried out at various locations throughout this beautiful park. For wedding ceremonies or celebrations, the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden provides a naturally stunning and distinctive venue. The Bauer Lawn (with its surrounding fountains), the Queen Anne Cottage lawn, the Rose Garden, the Waterfall/Meadowbrook, and the Celebration Garden are also popular spots. The Peacock Cafe is located in the garden and offers outside seating with a magnificent view of the Arboretum. The Arboretum does not allow outside food. The Café can accommodate catering for weddings and other special occasions booked at the Arboretum.
