Completed in 2019, the recent renovations at Webster Hall aimed to preserve the iconic features of the venue, while modernizing it to meet today’s entertainment standards and enhance the guest experience. The Ritz Lounge (formerly The Marlin Room) has been revamped to serve as a bar and meeting spot. Design details of The Lounge include elegant gold stenciling on the walls that pays homage to the original historic design, and fluted glass along the bar that mimics the venue’s former windows. In the Grand Ballroom, the original stage remains, while acoustics were enhanced to create an optimal special event experience. New features include air conditioning, expanded restrooms, additional stairwells for smoother entry and exit, and the venue’s first-ever elevator. Webster Hall is all about bringing people together for social events, corporate meetings, conferences, awards shows, product launches, galas, concerts and charity fundraisers.

This Indian restaurant channels the rich tapestry of the sights and sounds of Goa and offers a menu with modern, often playful and interactive takes on Indian cooking. Industry Kitchen serves out simple, seasonal market fare that New Yorkers are familiar and fond of, including a variety of salads, wood-oven grilled meats, and pizza. Industry Kitchen is located in an angular building with reclaimed plank wood, black tile, and bare concrete, playing off the seaport's historic industrial environment. The indoor and outdoor spaces are divided by floor to ceiling windows, which frame a beautiful view of the coastline from every seat. Stools facing the bustling kitchen, private and communal dining tables, the spacious freestanding bar, or the outdoor terrace and lounge are all options for guests to choose from.
