When Monika Nemeth finished college in Budapest with a major in Hotel and Catering Management, she went to work for Compexpo, where she organized conventions. Her next position was at the Hungarian Pavilion at the 1992 World Exposition in Sevilla, Spain. Monika arrived in the United States in 1994 and began working as the Catering Director at The Downtown Athletic Club in New York City. Her pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and graciousness serve to reinforce the positive attributes of our company. Brian Pancir received classical training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He worked as an apprentice in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe before becoming Sous Chef at Jean-Georges for four years in New York City. Mr. Brian has worked as a private chef for a number of celebrities, has advised Trader Joe's and Golden Corral, has served as Culinary Director of Manhattan Star Academy, and has been voted Best Chef by Dan's Paper magazine. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys traveling the world in search of fishing opportunities.

With its four-generation tradition of cuisine and service, the venue is the ideal complement to any elegant social, charitable, or corporate event. This Italian neo-Renaissance inspired masterpiece, designed by architect Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921, boasts 65 foot high ceilings, soaring marble columns, and magnificent inlaid floors. The Cunard Building was designed by architect Benjamin Wistar Morris and completed in 1921. The grandly presented maritime theme emphasizes the power and reach of the Cunard Line when its new headquarters opened in 1919, at a time when New York had grown to become the world's largest city and busiest port, as well as the world's largest city and busiest port. After passing through the opulent vestibule and great hall, which was inspired by ancient Roman baths and where transatlantic voyages on liners like the Queen Mary and the two Queen Elizabeths were booked, visitors are greeted by a grand staircase.
