The Tuscan Wine Cellar Private dining for smaller groups is possible in our Tuscan Wine Shed, which is located on the grounds of the hotel. Featuring a vintage mantelpiece, rustic wood beams, and warm lighting, this room evokes the atmosphere of a wine tasting room at an Italian vineyard. Featuring a flat-screen television and enough space for seated dinners for 15-20 guests and cocktail parties for approximately 25 people, this intimate space is perfect for any occasion. The Main Dining Room is located on the first floor of the building. The Main Dining Room at Novara is a beautiful space that is ideal for social gatherings, cocktail parties, and large sit-down dinners. With 23-foot ceilings and clerestory windows for plenty of natural light, our 5,500-square-foot venue also features a 50-seat island bar topped with imported Italian Carrara marble, A/V capability on our large scale flat screen display and an outdoor patio area, coat check, and private parking. We can accommodate approximately 160 guests for a seated dinner and up to 250 guests for a cocktail-style event in our Main Dining Room. The Carrara Bar & Patio is located on the first floor of the Carrara Hotel. This semi-private space at Novara is ideal for social gatherings and cocktail parties of all kinds. Located along the length of our beautiful carrara marble bar, guests can mingle and take in the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant from an expansive reserved area that runs the length of the bar. With limited seating, the Carrara Bar can accommodate 75 people for a cocktail-style event. A wall of retractable glass doors running along the bar can be opened in the warmer months to create a connected patio space for larger events (weather permitting).

We specialize in summer rentals that can accommodate multiple families, who want their own space to relax. We cater to groups who want the Ultimate Location for a reunion, birthday celebration or a mini/micro wedding. All our homes are Located in the outer portion of Cape Cod in the small towns of Eastham and East Orleans. Eastham is a great town for vacations in Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay offers great walking/exploring of the flats at low tide and is an easy walk from our rental properties and the ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Our homes in Eastham are within walking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Down the road is the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre that offers the infamous flea market by day and movie by night. Provincetown is only a 20- to 30-minute drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. There are also numerous hiking trails at the Wellfleet Audubon Society nearby and a one of a kind experience at the National Seashore. East Orleans, is home to Nauset Beach, the first longest National Seashore Beach, accessible by car. You are able to get a beach pass to drive on the beach but you must plan ahead. You are walking distance to East Orleans Village which includes shopping, restaurants and great ice cream. Each of our homes offer a unique and special way of creating a fabulous Cape Cod Experience.
