Our Balcony Dining Area may be rented for parties of up to 40 people, and we provide a full-service menu. This room is placed on the second floor and has three walls encircling it, with the fourth wall uncovered to provide a view of the main dining room below. A floor-to-ceiling curtain separates the open wall idea from the rest of the room, creating a more contained and personal environment for your visitors. This space is illuminated by a spectacular wall of tall windows, which, when combined with an independent volume control sound system and an accessible flat screen television, creates an inviting and delightful ambience. There is a meal and beverage minimum requirement. Vegetarian and vegan choices are available for all events, upon request, from our Executive Chef. If you prefer to hold a private event at St. Cecilia, the church can be closed to the public for your convenience. The complete dining room, bar, and balcony spaces will be purchased as part of the sale of the restaurant. Centrally located in Midtown, Bishop Station is a secret gem tucked away from the hustle of the city. With unmatchable skyline views of midtown and downtown, this historic building was originally home to Gulf Oil Company in the 1920s and has been lovingly restored to it’s original splendor. The venue is composed of 2 levels of open event space as well a large outdoor courtyard. The main room is 3,600 square feet of chic industrial space with pristine hardwood floors in a chevron pattern. The walls are antique brick with three sides of expansive windows. A tall curved pine ceiling is finished by two ornate iron chandeliers. Take the elevator or the stairs to the lower level where we have an additional 3,600 square feet of event space that includes a furnished lounge area and a beautiful built-in bar. The renovated 1908 brick and beam building features 8,000 square ft of double-height conditioned interior event space, 4,000 square ft of covered patio space, and an adjoining 10,000 square ft courtyard in front. Puritan Chemical Company built and operated The Foundry at Puritan Mill, which opened its doors in 1921 and is still in operation today. A variety of cleaning goods, including Puritan soap, were created and stored in the facility until they were sent out through the nearby Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. It was here that Puritan Chemical Company's Atlanta headquarters was located from 1946 to 1996. The property was bought by Urban Realty Partners and Weaver & Woodbery Company in 2000 with the intention of restoring it and converting it into a mixed-use site. The Foundry, with its 12,000 square feet of floor area, is a wonderfully striking and adaptable event venue. Original wood beams, spacious skylights, and polished concrete floors create a backdrop rich with character and history, highlighting the industrial past and vibrant present of Atlanta's popular Westside neighborhood and its surrounding neighborhoods. Designed by Philip Trammel Shutze in 1928 for Edward and Emily Inman, Swan House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This Atlanta landmark is versatile enough to host a dinner party or act as a pre-function space for the Grand Overlook ballroom. Consider adding a costumed interpreter that will perform historical character narratives. Edward Inman was heir to a large cotton brokerage fortune amassed after the Civil War. He was an Atlanta businessman with interests in real estate, transportation, and banking. His wife Emily was involved in philanthropy, politics, and society. In 1924, they hired the architectural firm of Hentz, Reid, and Adler to design a house for their property in Buckhead, a residential suburb of Atlanta. Noted architect Philip Trammel Shutze designed Swan House and its gardens, as well as many other important buildings in the city. He adapted Italian and English classical styles to accommodate 20th-century living for Swan House, which many consider his finest residential work. Emily lived in Swan House until her passing at age 84 in 1965. In 1966, the Atlanta Historical Society purchased the home and most of its original furnishings, ranging from 18th-century antiques to 20th-century objects. It opened to the public in 1967 as a house museum and headquarters of the Atlanta Historical Society. Formal gardens surround and showcase the 1928 historic mansion. Reminiscent of great Italian gardens, it is perched on a hill with a cascading fountain, terraced lawns, roses tumbling over stone walls, and clipped hedges. An intimate boxwood garden and formal motor court complete the landscape, making this one of Atlanta’s best-known and photographed sites. The lawns can accommodate 50 to 750 guests. Because Swan House is a historic house museum, parties and receptions are not allowed inside the mansion, but your guests can tour the mansion for a few hours during your event.

This beautiful courthouse, located in Decatur, Georgia, just minutes away from Atlanta, serves as a spectacular backdrop for any historic event. With stunning arched windows and marble walls, the main event area is a sight to behold. A total of 150 guests may be accommodated at tables in the venue, which has lots of natural light and hardwood floors. A cocktail hour or a check-in area can be held in the lobby of the hotel. The Historic DeKalb Courthouse, which is located in Decatur, Georgia, only minutes away from Atlanta, is the ideal location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, fund-raisers, and other special events. You will have the perfect setting for your historic event with the marble walls and wonderfully arched windows. During all evening and weekend rentals, guests will have access to the Courtroom, Harrison Room, Lobby, Groom's Room, and Bridal Suite for a total of 8 hours. The first two hours are usually devoted to setup, while the last hour is devoted to cleaning. The remaining 5 hours can be utilized for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception, according on your preferences. The ceremony and reception are both held in the Courtroom, and there is usually a room flip as guests enjoy cocktail hour in the lobby before the wedding. Pricing is at $200 an hour with a four-hour minimum. Includes tables, chairs, a projector and screen, Wi-Fi, and security from 7AM to 11PM Monday to Friday.
