Pearl Box Townhouse spans three thoughtfully designed floors: a ground-level private dining room and two upper levels housing our retro-inspired cocktail bar. Each floor has its own energy and character, and they can be used separately or combined to create a dynamic flow and increase guest capacity. The space was brought to life by NYC design icons Fabiana Faria and Helena Barquet, the creative minds behind Coming Soon NYC, known for their playful yet refined aesthetic. Imagine a cocktail party across the top two floors followed by an intimate seated dinner downstairs, or start the night with a feast before heading upstairs for a full-blown dance party (yes, our license goes until 1:00AM). Ready to move in? The entire townhouse is available for private events, comfortably hosting up to 150 guests.

A new building lobby designed by the architectural firm A+I, is home to rotating art exhibitions.

We are a luxury hair salon located in Nolita, 116 Elizabeth Street. Our space is very minimalistic and open concept throughout which makes it ideal for an event venue. Currently we occupy the entire second floor of a building with a direct elevator access that makes it even better! The space is great for cocktail reception, small gatherings or intimate dinners.

We are an elegant venue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. With over 3,500 sq. ft. the venue can accommodate a 200 person cocktail event or 150 person seated dinner. There are several amenities included in the space such as: - Thorough cleaning of establishment - Staff onsite (experienced staff) - Extra hours for set-up/decor - Seating (max seating cap is 150. Cocktail standing is 200) - Beautiful Chandelier lighting (dimmable) - Electricity throughout space - Uplighting (ambient lighting) - JBL commercial sound system - Table displays for beverages and light hor d'oeuvres - Kitchenette (food prep space, 2 refrigerators, ice maker, wine cooler) We as an establishment have a liquor license. If you would like to serve alcohol during your event, you must acquire liquor through us. Prices begin at $30/person for 3 hours open bar. This included all glassware, elegant bar set up, and bartender/mixologist who can also provide a custom menu for the event, although your guests are not limited to these options and can request anything to drink. The top floor of one of the few remaining factory warehouses on the North Williamsburg riverfront is now home to XX Venue, a freshly established, large, nicely restored business space. This one-of-a-kind venue, located at the corner of North 11th Street and Wythe Avenue, features 11,000 square feet of private, multi-purpose studio space and a 4,000 square foot private rooftop. With its flexible white-box architecture, open floor layout, and spectacular waterfront vistas, this extraordinary space has been deliberately built to support a diversity of applications within a historic three-story brick warehouse. The spacious inside space, in addition to the private rooftop access, features numerous expansive open areas as well as six distinct studio rooms, each with over-sized, magnificent arch windows.
