Rainbow Ranch Lodge sits along the Gallatin River in Gallatin Gateway, Montana, within reach of Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. The property traces its roots to the late 1800s, when early homesteaders first shaped the Gallatin Canyon corridor, and has operated as a guest lodge since the 1920s. After a 2008 fire, the current owners undertook a full renovation and repositioned the lodge as a mountain retreat with an emphasis on weddings and private events — now hosting 25 to 30 weddings each year. The lodge accommodates up to 150 guests at events set against the Spanish Peaks and the Gallatin River, with riverside ceremony sites and reception spaces alongside 21 rooms and suites for overnight accommodations. A dedicated wedding coordinator supports events from initial planning through day-of execution. The Wild Caddis restaurant, recognized by Wine Spectator and OpenTable, offers seasonal Montana cuisine built from local ingredients, with private dining rooms available for rehearsal dinners and intimate group gatherings.

Montana Wildflower Weddings & Special Events is a mountain wedding venue set on a scenic property minutes from Red Lodge, Montana. A rustic barn serves as the centerpiece for indoor ceremonies and receptions, while the surrounding landscape provides a natural backdrop for outdoor celebrations. On-site, the Wildflower Lodge offers overnight accommodations for couples and small groups, making it well suited for destination weddings and multi-day gatherings. The venue maintains an eclectic décor rental collection, and packages include access to two climate-controlled bridal and groom suites. Owners Keri and Kraig Wash acquired the property in January 2021. The venue's Montana Modern design carries through both indoor and outdoor spaces. A spacious ballroom with soaring ceilings, two fireplaces, heated concrete floors, and panoramic picture windows anchors the main building, while an adjacent grand foyer with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls functions as a cocktail and bar space. Surrounded by mountain peaks and lush evergreen forests, the property has grown from its original homestead into one of the region's most distinctive event destinations. The ranch offers five event venues accommodating groups of up to 200, from the year-round Banquet Hall and Conference Center to seasonal riverside sites open June through September — including a riverside tent and the open-air Point overlooking Yellowstone and the Spanish Peaks. An in-house kitchen team handles all catering and is available to design personalized menus to suit each group. Log cabin accommodations on the property can sleep more than 200 guests, making it well suited for full-ranch events.

Hart Ranch Weddings & Events sits on a 50-acre family homestead in Gallatin Gateway, Montana, roughly 20 minutes from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. The Broken Hart Ranch has been family land since 1962, now operated by fourth and fifth-generation Montanans who designed the property around year-round event hosting. The Ranch centers on a Montana barn surrounded by open meadows and views of the Spanish Peaks. The Big Sky Room accommodates up to 250 guests with high ceilings and dimmable lights and sliding doors that open to outdoor areas. The outdoor Two Heart Chapel provides ceremony space beside a reflection pond, while the Montana Room with its round fireplace and the historic Round Up Bar offer additional indoor gathering spaces. A bridal suite and a groom's creekside cabin are included with all rentals. Hart Ranch hosts events with no guest count minimum, no food and beverage minimum, and no china requirements. Couples choose their own catering and vendor teams, and a Hart Ranch representative is present throughout the event day.
