The Lafayette Ballrooms occupy the main floor of the historic Hotel Lafayette at 391 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo, New York — a French Renaissance landmark built in the early 1900s and recently restored to its original grandeur. Classic Events operates five ballrooms and banquet rooms on the property, each preserving the period architecture: ornate moldings, marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and soaring twenty-five-foot ceilings. The Marquis Ballroom, the largest of the spaces, seats up to 320 guests for formal dinners or accommodates 450 for cocktail receptions, anchored by a theatrical stage and elaborate moldings and finials. The Crystal Room, finished in creams, whites, and golds with floor-to-ceiling windows and the hotel's original brass and crystal chandeliers, accommodates 150 for a seated dinner or 250 for a reception. The centerpiece is a restored 1865 dairy barn, whose surrounding rolling hills, old stone walls, and tree lines frame open-meadow ceremonies. View Arts Center is a Silver LEED-certified arts facility in Old Forge, New York, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Its 28,000-square-foot building, opened in 2011, features two-story gallery spaces with hardwood flooring, a timber-framed reception area, and a covered outdoor courtyard surrounded by Adirondack woodlands. The center has served the Central Adirondack community since 1951 and now hosts private events alongside its year-round exhibitions, performances, and classes.
