The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. Leland Eating and Drinking House continues the family tradition of convivial hospitality providing a gathering place where neighbors can relax, unwind and be well-fed. Leland's New York Mediterranean cuisine is local and natural featuring in-house curing along with the preservation of local food and beverage. We pickle veggies, dry-age meats, and bake bread right in our kitchen. We buy fresh and make exactly what we need, with as little waste as possible. Our food aims to highlight the quality of organic, local ingredients while providing dishes that make you feel like home.
