The Park Villa is a luxury wedding venue located in South Plainfield, New Jersey. This event space is set in the heart of Central New Jersey and features an elegant setting that’s ideal for weddings and other special celebrations. Here, the beautiful crystal chandeliers and carved accents give the venue a true villa essence and ensure an unforgettable event for you and your guests. This event space is able to accommodate festivities of varying sizes, from intimate affairs to larger gatherings. We accommodate events from 100-500. An outdoor garden and patio, with a gazebo and fountain, serve as a picturesque setting for your wedding ceremony and photos. Bride and groom suites are available to provide the couple and their wedding party privacy and a comfortable space to prepare before saying “I do.” The venue also boasts a modern cocktail foyer and an opulent grand ballroom. Restaurant-quality food is served at Maritime Parc events, and the venue's accommodating staff and waiters anticipate every need and orchestrate every detail with their invisible hand, ensuring that your event is a seamless and stress-free occasion. Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway that winds its way around the property. With wild and elegant gardens that inspired Teddy Roosevelt’s lifelong passion for nature; Wave Hill is an estate that played host to such residents such as Mark Twain and Arturo Toscanini; boasting spectacular views of the Hudson River and New Jersey Palisades. Wave Hill offers the most romantic setting in New York City for your unforgettable wedding. Your ceremony takes place at the Pergola on the Great Lawn, with your cocktail hour either there or moved to the Lower Lawn or Kate French Terrace at historic Wave Hill House. Seated dinner is held in Armor Hall, which has a capacity capped at 130 guests, including a small band and dance floor in the Hall. If you choose to locate the dance floor nearby in the adjacent Mark Twain Room, the capacity is then 180 seated guests. Tented options are available at an additional cost for larger events up to 230 guests. Renting Wave Hill for a private weekend event requires a Wave Hill Membership at the $10,000 level. The tax-deductible portion is $9,748, and provides the wedding host with one year of Member benefits at this special level. In addition to Membership, the rental fee for a private evening event on the weekend is $8,000. Guest arrival begins at 6pm with departure at midnight. Wave Hill’s exclusive caterer, Great Performances, is dedicated to collaborating with you to create a personalized, quality experience for your guests. Passionate about culinary presentation, tastes and flavors that are crafted to enrich the occasion, Great Performances offers a proprietary element of style and innovative design that turns catering into an art-form and events into celebrations. Pricing begins at $400 per person (based on a 150-person guest list), and includes a customized menu, bar service, and staffing. Gran Morsi named after the Italian word for “bites,” epitomizes elegant simplicity. This airy and convivial two floor Tribeca restaurant specializes in boldly-flavored italian fare with a strong focus on small and shared plates, many of which are cooked in the brick oven. Gran Morsi provides both downtown Manhattan residents and visitors with a dining experience and event space fit for whatever they’re in the mood for, whether it’s a special occasion celebration, a casual event with friends, or an intimate evening. We have several packages to choose from, all of which are customizable. Our events team will work with you to create the ideal menu for any event you’re planning. At Gran Morsi, we host a variety of events, including 1st birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, group lunches, brunches, rehearsal dinners, we do it all! Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.
