The decor features candlelit tables, brick fireplaces, a baby grand piano and a private garden. The restaurant operates inside a historic, land-marked carriage house built in 1767. Established in 1973, One if by Land, Two if by Sea soon became the go to spot in NYC for engagements, anniversaries and weddings. More people are said to have announced their engagement here than any other restaurant in Manhattan.

In the heart of midtown Manhattan, you'll find Quality Bistro, a lively brasserie with a focus on steak that serves updated versions of bistro standards in a quirky setting. SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. Garden Vista Ballroom is a historic banquet facility in Passaic, New Jersey, originally built in 1922 as the home of the Passaic Elks Lodge. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, the building was fully restored and reopened as an event venue in 2009, preserving its original architectural details — including a marble lobby, crystal chandeliers, gold leaf trim, soaring vaulted ceilings, and two grand staircases with original decorative gold railings. The main hall accommodates up to 170 guests and features a configurable dance floor and a baby grand piano. Garden Vista Ballroom hosts weddings, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, nonprofit galas, and private celebrations of all kinds. It is possible to build, create, and fabricate anything you require at Shop Studios thanks to our in-house art production workshop and prop shop. Our site has two studios, Studio 1/ 3rd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 1, and Studio 2/ 2nd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 2. The second studio, Studio 2/ 4th Floor, is equipped with a prep kitchen, as well as a Greenroom and access to our Rooftop space..
